Like every teenager, he had the urge to do whatever he wanted, but his preferences were not typical: not hanging out with friends, flirting with an innocent girl, or playing video games. Instead, he enjoyed hunting the impure or blackmailing a certain clan on a whim.

Walking through the luxurious hallways adorned with archaeological pieces from ancient civilizations and ancient texts from bygone eras, the door opens automatically, granting passage to his superior.

Entering a dark room, a feminine voice of an adult emerges from the center of the room.

"You took a minute, Park Seun."

-"Why did you summon me, leader?"

-"You know well the threat we're facing; the collision of worlds was a common occurrence that brought certain dangerous risks."

-"I guess, there's a deity present in a part of the world, and it's going unnoticed while attacking certain areas, right? Just get to the point."

Certainly, as there was a deity wandering the world, the presence of such beings brought an ominous sign. No need for a half-hour speech when time is ticking away.

In this world, both humans and certain deities from another universe are engaged in a silent war. Despite keeping this conflict secret, the actions and events that unfold bear consequences in their respective worlds. Two collisions of worlds are fighting for a purpose yet unknown, but according to circulating theories, it is believed to be a calling.

The battle against certain secretive deities was referred to as the clash with the Enigmatics, one of the most formidable species in their environment. Their appearance was characterized by a lack of form, resembling empty bodies or elementals. Nevertheless, they chose to take on a human form, distinguished by their height and luminous eyes. In contrast to the maximum-rank deities that surpassed modern technology and seldom appeared, their confrontation yielded significant consequences.

The emergence of semi-humans, a fusion of entities and humans, was one of these repercussions. However, the Neos, born from the evolution of humans acquiring powers comparable to the Enigmatics, represented an exceptionally rare case. This process corrupted their humanity, steering them towards a new form of existence, an evolution challenging their very essence.

-"You have to consider that deity was classified as a special class, known as one of the anomalies."

-"I understand. So, you want me to take care of it, right? Where and when?"

Out of nowhere, a holographic screen appears displaying documents indicating clues about the deity's parallel. Among them are two photographs: the first, of a 19-year-old girl, and the other, an old forensic photo depicting a 10-year-old boy with medium-length dark hair. The boy's image conveys a vacant expression, hiding his eyes. However, what caught his attention the most was the photo of the girl, unlike the other, appearing as a regular photograph. Doubts began to creep in.

-"And who is that girl? Is she somehow involved in this case?"

-"Just as I expected from you, Seun. The girl in the photo is Park Adeline Hye. It's confirmed that she has had interactions with the entities. For instance, the massacre at the shopping center, which has become a battleground for the Enigmatics. In that battle, the anomaly known as the Fall was present."

This was what caught Seun's attention the most – knowing that the special class, the Fall, had appeared for the second time in years, one of Seun's primary objectives. In the massacre case, it was reported that those present in the conflict didn't survive except Adeline, who was still alive. Now, it was his responsibility to investigate if she was a Neo. If the case turned out to be true from his perspective, he would have to eliminate or control her.

Armed with sufficient information to prepare him for the upcoming mission, Seun's extensive combat and entity-hunting experience positioned him as an advanced operative capable of eliminating entities across various high-level ranges. However, dealing with a special case, akin to playing with a deathly surprise box, presented a challenge of distasteful proportions.

-"And a question, is the special class I'm going to face a 10-year-old boy? Or was that the last known appearance of him?"

-"In the case of the special class, it goes very unnoticed. It was believed that in the current timeline, he would have aged, but a video camera detected someone with a similar appearance to the photo, only in their teenage years."

April 13, 2017, marked the date when the photograph was taken, a time from a generation and civilization so ancient. The report indicates that he had been held captive for a long time, but there are limited records of when he obtained his escape and what transpired during that age.

In his current timeline, January 15, 2106, was the last recorded appearance. However, his physical features revealed that despite the ages passed in his current civilization, he remained youthful. How? What capability did this special class possess to manipulate his age, as if he were an elf from the ancient generation with its six ages, yet he belonged to the contemporary era?.

Intrigued by the case, if possible, he would capture and pose some questions related to the deity's era before eliminating him.

With the meeting concluded, he heads towards his room. Lying on his bed in a tired manner, he contemplates the information he just received. What a special report. A cascade of questions starts forming in his mind. Finally, something interesting mentioning someone from that past civilization. Besides, he wonders what he would do with that girl. Moreover, he feels a déjà vu, pondering when and where he saw her, what interaction they might have. Nonetheless, he knows he will find out. For him, no one hides secrets; he always gets the answers.
