Chapter 15 - Blood Wine

Wang's Pov.

It has been three weeks since my lover and I set sail, and things have gone smoothly. However, I am now faced with a decision regarding my brother's visit. Originally, he planned to stay for three months, but I decided to leave after just one month. I asked him to come with me, and I am eagerly awaiting his response. Today is the day he said he would get back to me, and I am filled with anticipation. I hope he agrees to come with me, but ultimately the decision is his to make.

I was filled with a mix of emotions. excitement at the prospect of having my brother by my side, but also fear of my lover's rejection. I had to remind myself that it was his choice, and I could not control his decision. I lay in bed, my mind whirring with possibilities, until I drifted off to sleep.

As night fell, I got dressed and headed to the club with the boys as usual. I ordered a cocktail, but my mind was elsewhere. I was eager to hear his response. I couldn't help but feel anxious and excited at the same time.

All of a sudden, I started feeling funny and dizzy. It was a strange feeling that I couldn't shake off. At first, I thought it might be the music or the heat of the club, but I quickly realized that something was wrong. I don't need anyone to tell me my drink was spiked with blood wine. It was clear that someone had tampered with my drink.

Feeling disoriented, I stumbled towards the exit. The world was spinning around me, and I could barely keep my balance. It was as if I was walking on a tightrope. I wobbled out of the club, trying to get some fresh air and clear my head.

As I opened the door, I almost knocked a boy out. He looked at me with confusion and concern. I could see worry in his eyes.

"I'm sorry," I said weakly as I turned to look at him. His eyes widened as he looked at me before I walked away, and he followed me.

Finally, I got out, gasping for air. The cool night air hit me like a slap in the face. I walked wobbly and leaned against the car, trying to steady myself. It was a scary experience. All I knew was that I needed to get home and sleep it off.

"Are you okay? Do you need me to call an ambulance?" he asked, his voice full of concern.

I looked at him for a moment. I couldn't help but wrack my brain, trying to remember where I knew him from. Despite his unfamiliar face, his scent seemed familiar. I scoured my memory for clues, but nothing clicked. It was as if my mind was playing a cruel joke on me, tantalizing me with hints of recognition but ultimately offering me nothing concrete to work with.

I shook my head. "No. But can you call my brother for me? His name is Liu." I handed him my phone.

He nodded and took the phone, dialing the number. I could see the tension on his face as he spoke on the phone. His voice was hushed, and he seemed almost worried as if he knew me or something about me. I watched him intently as he spoke, trying to make sense of his behavior, but my mind was still as blank as ever.

Liu appeared next to me within a minute, his concerned gaze fixed on me. "What is wrong with you, Wang? Are you okay?" he asked as he gently held onto my arm. I felt a wave of relief wash over me as I realized I was no longer alone. Liu's presence was reassuring.

I growled in response. "Someone gave me 'blood wine' to drink." Liu's gaze darkened, and he tightened his grip on my arm.

"What is 'blood wine'? We don't sell anything like that in our club?" the boy asked, his eyes narrowing in confusion.

"Let's get you home," Liu said, his voice stern. I could tell he was angry. The last time I drank blood wine, I passed out and almost threw up my intestines when I woke up. It didn't sit well with my wolf either. I nodded silently.

Something about this boy caught my eye and drew me closer. His green eyes captivated me when I first saw his face. They were the greenest eyes I had ever seen, like emeralds sparkling in the sunlight.

I caught a whiff of his scent, and it was familiar to me. I couldn't remember where I smelled it before, but it felt familiar.

Without thinking, I blurted out, "You smell familiar. You're coming with me." The boy looked startled but didn't resist as I pulled him into the back seat with me. I had a strange feeling that I knew him somewhere, and I was determined to find out.

What is blood wine? Will it make you sick? He asked again, worried. And I concluded that he knew me.

"It's a drink made with vampire blood and the most expensive wine," I hissed. "It's not something you want to try, trust me. It will make you very, very sick." He laughed.

His laugh sounded familiar, like a distant memory. I racked my brain, trying to remember where I had heard it before, but my mind was too foggy to recall. I shook my head, feeling déjà vu. I was certain I would eventually remember how I knew him.

As I sat there, frustration was boiling inside me. His laugh was beautiful and infuriating at the same time. I pulled him closer to me.

"I have heard you laugh like that before," I growled through gritted teeth. "But I can't remember where."

Wang... Liu warned, "Be careful what you say and do. You don't want to regret it later." He mind-linked me."

I ignored him and sniffed his scent. It had a soothing smell, and it made me calm. I muttered again, "I have heard that laugh before." I inhaled deeply, taking in his sweet scent.

I felt his heart thumping against his rib cage, and I was afraid I had scared him, so I pulled away to look into his green-eyes. I smelled his arousal, which made my cock twitch and I pull him close and kiss him. His lips were soft and sweet, like honey. I felt like I could stay in his embrace forever.

Taking it slow, I moved with him until he moved in sync with me. I could tell he had never kissed before; he was clumsy and uncertain. I held him close, guiding him with my lips, and as he relaxed, I felt his movements become more confident.

As our lips met, I felt a rush of excitement, and my body tingled. I was completely lost in the moment—lost in the kiss. It was as if time had stopped and nothing else mattered. Suddenly, I heard my brother's voice break through the haze of pleasure. He was laughing and telling us to get out of his car.

It was a jarring moment, one that brought me back to reality with a thud. I quickly pulled away from the kiss, my heart racing and my body still humming with desire.

"Oh, we're home," I said as I pulled him out of the car and we headed inside. My face flushed, and my heart pounded.

"Liu smiled and said, I will be next door if he disturbs you."

He won't come to you. I mind-linked him. I took a deep breath, trying to steady my racing heart. "Let's go inside," I gestured with my hand, and we headed to my bedroom.

I stepped closer to him, my heart pounding with excitement. I inhaled deeply, smelling his scent. I couldn't help but feel drawn to him, wanting to know more about this mysterious stranger.

"Please tell me who you are," I pleaded, my voice barely above a whisper. I needed to know more about him to understand the boy behind the scent.

Silence hung in the air for a moment as he looked at me curiously. Finally, he spoke.

"I am the mysterious boy in stall 15," he said, his voice low and grave. My eyes widened in surprise and then lit up with joy instantly. I couldn't believe it. I had finally found the mysterious boy behind the scent.

As I moved closer to him, I asked, "How did you know I was the one?"

He looked at me sheepishly and replied, "Your voice."

It seemed like such a simple answer, but it made my heart skip a beat. He explained that the first time he heard me speak, my warmth and kindness struck him. He felt an instant connection and knew he wanted to get to know me better. It was funny how something as small as a voice could be so powerful. But as I looked into his eyes, I knew he was right.

I impulsively stepped closer and kissed him, wrapping my arms tightly around him. I felt my heart flutter with excitement and joy as if I had found an answer to a long-held question. I felt safe in his embrace. I nervously reached for his clothes, but he pulled away, making me worry.

"Did I hurt you?" I asked, my voice shaking.

He shook his head and smiled. "No, you didn't hurt me.

"Did someone hurt you? I asked gruffly, and his face paled immediately."
