"The god of embalming and afterlife Anubis has arrived to snuff out you impurities!" Rick saw before him the large man like beast with the head of an actual Jackal, body if a human wearing the typical Egyptian wear like the textbooks back on earth only having a much intricate taste. To be honest his presence was truly....
"Stupid! Hahahahah!" Rick burst into a blissful laugher holding his stomach and letting all that joy uncontrollably. "Other gods wear pants, you wear skirt, stupid. What happened to your head did a jackal bite it off and give you a new one! What the hell, are you wearing cheap sandals in hell, the gold necklaces on your neck can't even afford a decent pair of sandals."
Anubis unbelievably reddened in embarrassment, who knew that could happen. "How dare you mock me!" He gloriously pronounced.
"The only one mocking you is yourself and your cheap taste! No offense please, I just remembered I should respect the old and shady elders." Rick bowed his head a bit before straightening himself up. The look from Anubis was just to good to pass on. The first time he met a god and he felt so human and weak minded.
Anubis got himself to calm down shaking off the insults Rick fired, but some were already charred to his heart, guessing that was something he would take to the grave 'cheap sandals.'
Guessing they were antiques in his time.
"I shall have mercy on your soul, though you have committed a great violation if the law by freeing Jade Argusi, as you know I am Anubis the great one that created this paradise for those that failed to ascend." Anubis streched out a palm to Rick to take it. "You must be a new devil with no thought of the world, don't let her deceptions get to you Rick Venaton."
Rick's eyes glowed in astonishment, his name had gotten so popular in quite some time now, though he wasn't present during that time.

That is why I am here to free my slave Jade Argusi and make sure you are number one to die on my list."
Anubis got dazed by him, never had his ears heard such vile and regardless words from a Devil or mortal. "You don't even have fer to your words, I almost believe you will do it, but a mere demon like you cannot simply defeat all the gods let alone me..... Rethink this journey or you will die...."
Anubis opened his hands wide illusions of the Lake of Reeds appearing all around him to get the visual if his words. "I created this paradise with the goal to guard souls like you, protect all from the evil spirits in hell and grant you all that is worth living. No pain, suffering, hunger, and all thanks to Anubis."
"Pffft! You say paradise like it's even a real thing," Rick clenched his teeth overwhelmed by his pain and anger. "People building statues to the great anubis, worshipping you in shrines, building pyramids and slavery, you call that paradise? You are mad!"
Rick eased himself a little with a calming sigh through his mouth. "I will clear this city, every soul in it and every trace if you alongside it broke sandals! Hahahahahaha! I don't give a fuck!"
Anubis was provoked once more, his pride had been hurt by a mere devil thinking he could surpass a great being, this was unacceptable.
"Then this shall be settled in blood."
