Chapter 7 - Good in any way (Jungler)

"Hey! I am here. So tell me, why did you call us here?" Li Huan asked. "Finally, you're here! Let's start, take a seat." Ye Muchen pointed over to a few seats.

"I want to make my own professional, e-gaming team." Completed Ye Muchen. There was a moment of silence. Li Huan kept staring her ex-captain meanwhile, Huang Ming's jaw dropped to the floor.

Finally, after three minutes of the most awkward silence Li Huan while stuttering said, "A t-t-team?" Her eyes widened. Huang Ming asked in a confused manner "You mean a professional, professional, professional team? Where you compete against other groups?"

Ye Muchen nodded at Ming's question. "I know you are not that good and we don't have many players right now, but that's why Li Huan is here."

"You do realise the amount of hardwork you will need from every one of your players. You need a building, training area, meeting area and dorms. Where will you get that much money from?" Asked Li Huan.

Huamg Ming asked, "Wait, isn't the last floor, the fourth floor in this building storage or something?" Li Huan said excitedly, "Maybe you can use that!"

"Yeah, but I need to see if there are enough rooms for all the needs. I can buy a dorm in a another building nearby. " Said Ye Muchen.

"Yeah, then I guess we are done here?" Huang Ming looked at Ye Muchen.

"I guess.... Thanks for coming. You can go now." Said Ye Muchen and he stood up to go behind the reception. The others, left the internet cafè. "Hm.." Ye Muchen could not stop thinking about anything else other than making his own team.

Suddenly, the door of the Merry Internet Cafè opened. "Hey boss! I was thinking, if you have ever dreamt of being a manager for a professional team." Asked Ye Muchen.

Mei na was partially shocked and replied, "Me? Well, sometimes when I see the LOACT of TV I feel like I want to be a manager for SNFX. I would not say it was my dream to be one, but sometimes I imagine sitting on my own desk at the SNFX building." She replied.

"Oh... but would you like to be one now?" Again, asked Ye Muchen. Mei na took a seat and sat facing Muchen "No. You see, this internet cafè was the only thing my mom had. She too, worked here. Ever since she passed away, I have been taking care of it. So if I become a manager for the professionals, I might have to leave the Cafè in another person's hands."

"I am sure you can run the cafè and be a team manager at the same time?" Asked Muchen. "Well then, I guess I could be one, if they allow it or if its too much for me." Replied Mei na.

"Okay, I am going to open the internet cafè now, get to the reception." Continued Mei na.

Ye Muchen sat down on his office chair and turned on his desktop, leaning on his chair. "Isn't it Li Hu's birthday in a week?" Ye Muchen talked to himself. "Maybe I can throw her a birthday party in my room, but the room...is too small to even invite another person over."

Although many customers were coming, Ye Muchen continued thinking about what to do for his best friends birthday and working at the same time.

After many, many hours later it was finally 12 o'clock at night. All the employees usually fall asleep as soon as they hit their beds, but Ye Muchen would sometimes secretly sneak out of his room to play games.

This time, Ye Muchen did exactly the same. He hopped on to the computer and put his headphones on, while adjusting his chair. "Okay, I am ready." He spoke to himself and he clicked on the 'Match' option which would turn into 'Matching' after clicked on.

It was pretty easy to find a game and everyone was choosing their characters. Since he always played as the Support, the person assisting the bottom, he decided to play as the jungler[1]. He chose Anubis as his fighter.

The game started and as always, as any player who knows how to play this game, waited for 11 seconds and started moving. Ye Muchen had wanted to play with Anubis for a while and so, he chose to be the jungler.

The farmed the mini-bosses and the monsters to level up. Whenever a mini-boss was defeated the team of the player who killed it would give the team a temporary power-up. Junglers do not get as many achievements than the other players such as the Mid, Bottom and Support and the Top.

This was because all Junglers had to do was get power-ups for the team and if any of the teammates needed help, the junglers would come.

Two minutes into the game, the game had announced:

"FIRST BLOOD"

Which was achieved by Muchen's team. After three minutes, the emerald dragon had spawned which gave a permanent power-up to the entire team. As Ye Muchen was defeating the mini-bosses on the left side of the map, he was more closer to the Top and the Mid.

He quickly beat the emerald dragon with the help of the Support and got a permanent buff/power-up for the entire team.

Many messages were narrated again and again.

"An enemy has been slain"

"An ally has been slain"

"Your team has destroyed a turret"

"An enemy has been defeated"

"Your team has destroyed the turret"

All of these messages went one after the other and soon the blue team or Ye Muchen's team reached the crystal of the enemy team and was destroyed in seconds.

The game had come to an end and all the voices had finally stopped.

Turns out, even though Ye Muchen was the Jungler he still had gotten more kills on his way to the crystal than the rest of his teammates ever did in thirteen minutes. "Should I play again, sleep or call Li Hu? Maybe I should search good restaurants for her?" Said Ye Muchen.

"Nah." Ye Muchen turned off the desktop he played on and continued downstairs all the way to the basement to go to his room.

He turned off the lights, jumped on top of his head and put a blanket on himself. It was a cold night and according to Ye Muchen, even the moon was cold? Weird, huh.

He soon drifted off to sleep (which he should have done an hours ago) and was prepared to wake up the next day.
