"I'm Vemon! Happy now?" His response turned Elara more speechless.
She looked up to his face, the blurred vision started to clear up slowly. Immediately Elara took in his sight and recognized the familiar face, she murmured.
"Vemon?"
The man nodded in response. However, hot tears was still dripping from little Elara's eyes and her lips subconsciously called out the name till the dream wrapped off from her face and woke up.
As Elara was panting for the name, she couldn't believe the revelation. The man that was hidden in her dream was someone she was familiar with. She couldn't comprehend it and sat up abruptly. As her eyes adjusted to the room lightness, she was taken aback by Harlan's presence.
"Harlan?!"
"Vemon?" Alpha Harlan asked her rhetorically.
