At The Central Nation Of The Moon Pack.
Inside the Imperial Castle of the Triplet Alphas' Kingdom was Alpha Harlan sitting on the couch in his room, the air filled with his quiet confidence. His long ebony hair with curls falling gracefully creating a contrast against the soft fabric of the couch, added a touch of mystery to his appearance.
The room's ambiance seemed to bow to his presence as he gazed intently at his phone. His eyes were darkly pooled with intensity, fixated on the picture as he scrolled through the screen while his face conveyed a mixture of emotions —perhaps longing, nostalgia, or admiration.
His facial features, defined and symmetrical, contribute to an overall aura of attractiveness. A well-groomed beard frames his jawline, adding a rugged charm to his refined demeanor.
Dressed in a simple yet stylish attire, He oozed a timeless appeal. The dark attire complemented the richness of his hair. The details, from the cut of his clothing to the way he posed confidently, suggest a man who appreciated both elegance and comfort.
His broad shoulders and strong physique suggest a quiet and timeless strength from adverse combats and battles.
Scrolling through the screen, Alpha Harlan got captivated by the video he had recorded, —the red-haired lady and her white wolf running and chatting along the limitless landscape of the horizon.
As he continued to see the videos, a subtle smile played on his lips filling so appeal.
Beta Torin, entered the room in an attempt to see his Alpha. He became sober upon seeing Alpha Harlan still in the same condition he left him hours ago,
"Alpha, are you still glaring at those pictures?"
As though no one was in the room, Beta Torin did not hear any response, he whined more, "It has been two years since you have those pictures on your phone yet you didn't get tired of them. Can't you give up now and move on?"
Alpha Harlan's smiling face turned stoic, his brow raised at Beta Torin who in turn bowed his head and succumbed to the Alpha's anger.
Alpha Harlan swiftly whipped his head from him back to his phone uttering nothing other than the silence that filled his resilient anger.
Queen Morgana, the Royal Mother of the Central Moon Pack walked into the room. Her elegant attire complementing her air of authority, approached her son with a mixture of sympathy and insistence.
"My dear, it's been too long. You must not let the shadows of the past cast darkness over your present," she spoke, her words carrying the weight of both love and wisdom.
Beta Torin, understanding the Alpha's problem and anger stood quietly as Queen Morgana pleaded with him, "My son, the kingdom needs your strength. You must indeed find your mate to be able to ascend your father's throne but you can't waste that time on a lady who barely knows you or recognizes you as her mate. It is time you succumb to the Moon Goddess to find you your Luna."
Alpha Harlan, still maintaining his resilience looked up to his Royal Mother with his eyes blinking red, the indicator of his matured Alpha wolf getting raging,
"I have a mate already, Mother. I will find her! I don't need the help of the goddess to choose my Luna."
"For how long?" Her voice responded with a questioning tone, "You are the rightful heir to the throne but your brother is maintaining that position on your behalf because he has his mate already. You need to be strong for this nation and protect them with your strength." She urged.
"I handed that position to him… temporary," He stretched the word, gritting his teeth along, "I will take it back once I find her. Help me find her and don't ask me to accept another wolf as my Luna, Mother!"
His horrific voice echoed his deepest pain and the pressures imposed on him.
"If she is your true mate, wherever she may be, she will be led to you. She will also want you to lead with purpose," Queen Morgana said, her voice resonating with unwavering support.
Despite their pleas, Alpha Harlan remained unmoved, his gaze fixed on the phone as if seeking solace in its frozen embrace. The memory he encountered with Elara and her wolf in the Artic forest lingered in him like a gentle ghost, —a ghostly presence haunting the corners of his heart.
Amidst the keenly distressed atmosphere, a hard knock fell on the door, followed by the urgent voice of a guard, "Alpha, we have good news for you."
Immediately, Alpha Harlan's attention shifted from his phone and yanked from the couch.
The announcement pulled an unknown trigger of interest out of their minds. Stepping out in his majestic aura to the hallway, where some guards followed him behind.
Queen Morgana and Beta Torin followed them behind, knowing there was no good news that could make Alpha Harlan filled with energy other than... his mate.
On getting to the Imperial Palace, the guard began to relay the news, "Alpha," his voice was so low and respectful yet tinged with excitement, "We found the wolf you ordered us to search for."
The hall fell into a hushed silence. Alpha Harlan's eyes widened, a mixture of disbelief and hope flickering within them.
He knew it! That was the only good news that could have triggered his mind!
"Bring her in!" He ordered.
Queen Harlan clasped her hands together, a glimmer of anticipation lighting up her eyes. Beta Torin, ever vigilant, was super exciting as well.
The guard continued, sounding disappointed, "We did not bring her with us but we traced her to her kingdom, she belongs to the Pack of the Romic Moon."
The words hung in the air and Alpha Harlan's heart seemed to skip a beat. "The same Romic Moon Pack that lost their Alpha years ago?"
"Yes, Your Majesty." The guard answered, nodding his head in affirmation, and continued, "We could hear the echoes of feasts in the Kingdom."
Alpha Harlan rose from his seat, his regal stature more pronounced than ever. Queen Morgana's eyes glistening with tears of joy, embraced him.
"Go, my son. Find your Luna. The kingdom will thrive under your shared reign," she whispered, a mother's love entangling with the weight of royal responsibility.
Beta Torin, ever perceptive to the Alpha's needs, nodded approvingly. "This is your moment, Alpha. Seize it with the strength and love that define you."
Just then, some set of guards rushed in, pouring more anxiety around the hall. "We found the Red-haired Lady, your Majesty."
Alpha Harlan's eyes formed with confirmation. Those who found her wolf were also right. Since the moment he had been searching for the white wolf and the red-haired lady, he had distributed many of his servants to join the various kingdoms as an undercover.
The result came after two years and the joy of having his Luna filled his heart. "It's time I ascend the throne." He whispered, then, gazed at Beta Torin, "Inform Alpha Zephyr to prepare a welcoming ball party for our Luna's arrival!"
Just as he instructed, a man dressed in nobleman's attire rushed into the hall, falling humbly on the ground to greet Queen Morgana and Alpha Harlan, then, moved closer to his ear in a gossipy manner.
"Your Majesty, Alpha Vesper conquered the battle and he is heading towards the Romic Moon Pack." Gamma Zane, Alpha Harlan's secret spy whispered to him.
