"Promise? What promise are you talking about Mam?" Asked Rita. "Nothing just some of my old memories. Leave it and go get ready for the quality check inspection," replied Daksha. Rita was confused but she dared not to ask for the clearity about the promise, because she didn't have the right to question Daksha in any situation.
Daksha got busy with some reports from the finance department of the head office. So Rita came out of the office for preparing the list of items those are to be inspected. Almost after an hour later she came back to the office of Daksha and handed her the list. Daksha read the list and asked her to prepare the car to go the manufacturing station.
Rita went back to her office and then prepared everything, while Daksha prepared herself. As no one had seen her face except for her PA, she had to cover her face well so that no one can see it. She stood up from her seat took her head band and tied her hair up. After that she covered her face with a mask and huge goggles.
Her face was almost covered and she was not recognizable. At last she took her long overcoat into her hands and then she left her office. On the door of the office Rita was waiting for her, as soon as she arrived they both left for the manufacturing unit. Rita was explaning her about the workforce and the working condition of the unit.
Daksha wasn't satisfied with data as everything was fine in the data, but she had some instincts that something was wrong at the unit. This sudden inspection was happening because of the regular losses coming from that paticular manufacturing unit. Although that unit was not so big and its losses could be covered from the profits of other branches, but that unit was very core part of the perfume branch. So it hadto be checked and corrected.
This unit had to deal with the ingridents used in the perfumes. The ingridents used in to make the perfumes were extracted from the floral world. The process through those perfumes were made was a little bit dangerous, as it had to undergo the chemical processes to live a longer life.
But from a few months the customers were reportedly sending negative feedbacks about the perfumes because of the foul smells and the itchness after using the perfume. Daksha visited the unit with Rita and some of the experts for the inspection. That sudden vist was now a normal thing for the staffs because Daksha used to do this oftenly.
So the staffs were not at all disturbed or scared of her visit. From their confidence it was clear that whatever the mistake was going on, it was not because of the mishandling of the staffs. Still she ordered the team to check the whole unit. Everyone started their work Daksha was waiting for the results in the main hall.
After the inspection of almost two hours every one came to her and subbmited the report. She read the whole report and as she thought, found nothing. She took a deep breath and the asked the manager to accumulate all the staffs in the main hall. After a few minutes all the staffs gathered in the hall and then Daksha asked all of them directly about the matter.
After a lot of discussion with the whole staff she came on the conclusion that there was something wrong in the flowers which were brought for making the perfumes. So she along with her team directly visited the farms from where all those flowers were brought. There she chatted with some of her farmers and got to the conclusion that the problem was related to the transportation of the flowers.
All the farmers told her that the drivers of the transportation company never listens to their advices and does whatever hey wanted to do. At last they also mentioned that from the last few months those drivers had taken some wrong paths to carry the flowers to the manufacturing unit which causes damage to the flowers.
At the manufacturing unit those flowers were directly transfered into the cutting machines without any further checkings. This happens because of the trust between the farmers and the unit staffs. Those farmers never delivered wrong flowers to them so the unit staffs directly shifts the flowers for the further process. But because of those delivery boys that trust was continously being broken and no one had any idea about it.
Due to damaged flowers, chemicals used in the process of making perfumes were working in the wrong direction as it was reacting differently. And because of these all reasons the customers were regularly complaining about the foul smell of the perfume and the problem of itchness too was coming. She also got to know that those farmers were planning to complain about the matter directly to the CEO after a few days.
Upon listening to all the matter she understood the matter and asked Rita to file a case against the transport comapany for the compensation for all the products which got damaged because of those dilivery boys. She assured the farmers that those delivery boys would never be able to create any problem in the future.
After that she left that place, while coming back to the head office she was thinking something very deeply and at last she asked Rita to buy a non profitable transport company under the name of Needle Group. Rita understood the task but she didn't understand why Daksha asked her to buy a non profitable company.
But as usual she wasn't allowed to ask anything from her, so she started searching for a non profitable transport company. Plus she had to deal with the compensation matter of the company. Daksha had decided to give a compensation to all those people who had to suffer due to the bad quality of perfumes. And all these works had been given to Rita.
Somedays later Rita showed Daksha all the lists of documents which were used for compensating the customers and then she showed her the list of few transport companies which were getting into loss day by day. Daksha approved the compensation list and kept the list of companies with her. And then asked Rita to take her leave.
