Ren, unaware of Kade's growing fondness for him, walked towards his neighbor's room with light steps. The system suspected that its host must be treating this hospital more like a residential building than a place for recovery.
Ren knocked on the door and waited for it to open. It was already afternoon, and he hadn't seen Terim since the last investigation. He had expected the young master to barge into his room the next morning. However, much to his disappointment, Terim never appeared.
Now, Ren found himself waiting in front of the metallic door, eager to meet the boy.
It was Zenith who welcomed Ren inside. "Hey, Rion! Sweetie, how are you? Come in, why are you standing at the door?"
Ren greeted the enthusiastic lady and followed her in. As he entered, he saw Terim walking into the room, his steps much slower than usual. It seemed that Terim could finally leave the wheelchair.
"Hi, Terim. Good to see you running around," Ren cheered.
