Whenever they attack the aztekinas mebsuta and malchijah notices it,not only they but malcolm. Malcolm has a drawing of the slim diamond bangle worn by the vampires. He wrote some chapters about it.
Mebsuta thought it was a normal accessory for vampires she had no idea that these bangles prevents the sun from affecting them. Deirdre and Ted did not age at all. They look the same as when they were youths. Deirdre looked 24 and Ted looked 20. Deirdre is a daring young man but not as daring as his younger brother ted. The main reason she visits them is to feed them with food that contains deirdre's blood and ted's blood. To prolong the longevity of their lives. Marcos and the rest of the family are not yet aware of this until now that marcos is in his late fifties and he still looks 30. He could not of course comprehend why he does not age.
