"She's still stubborn!" I said with annoyance, instantly clenching my fists and punching the wall.
Hmm, it stings a bit, but not as much as my heart does from her rejection.

Kimberly asked, and I just remained silent, turning my gaze away, looking around but my mind filled with shadows of Victoria, shadows of how she expressed hope to be with me, then saying she might not want to be with me. How could she be like this? She's so unpredictable!
"Victoria is stupid ... How could she reject you when she needs you?" Kimberly asked, sitting in the waiting room.
