Chapter 37 - You started the game

At that moment, the silent fall was more deafening than the entire crashing that Jason executed over Jake till all this time.

"Okay, good morning, class." Suddenly, the attention of the class moved over towards the front, where they noticed a female homeroom teacher entering class to start the class.

"Teacher! Jason! He beat up Jake!"

"Mam! He's acting like a full delinquent!"

The two friends, or Jake, immediately complained with grins on their faces, thinking they had got Jason this time. The classmates also looked towards her in hope with little grins under their cold faces, but the next instant they were all left stunned, point blank, as the teacher coldly glanced at Jake on the ground and Jason standing right by him.

"What happened, Jason?" She questioned, ignoring all other students in class, as Jason just scoffed, and while pointing towards the fallen seat of Jake, he replied, "Nothing, teacher; Jake fell from his seat and his head was back on the wall here; the classmates weren't looking back; they must have misunderstood."

"Mam! This is-"

"He's straight up lying! We all saw it!"

Jake's friends raised their voices, but the next instant they were all left stunned as the teacher coldly moved her gaze away from them, giving them a cold shoulder while she stated, "Then it must be, as Jason is saying, someone get him to infirmary and get him treated."

As she said, the whole class was stunned, and their shivering gazes filled with horror moved towards Jason at the back of the class, who was exchanging his scribbled desk with one Jake was using as he coldly announced

"Teacher is right, isn't she? He just fell back and hit his head? Right. Classmates?" Jason questioned coldly, looking at his class. It felt like his eyes were connected to the deepest part of hell as a devil was looking at them straight, snatching their souls as all classmates immediately nodded and turned their heads away from him while nodding with shaking hands and legs.

"Yeah, that's what happened."

"Haha. We didn't see."

"He must have fallen..."

"After all, he keeps swinging on his chair, haha."

As Jake's friends saw the reaction from all classmates, they were left even more stunned, gritting their teeth with shivering hands, just going and grabbing Jake. Jake left the classroom while Jason confidently took his seat at the back.

"Okay then! Let's start the homeroom!" The teacher also started the class, ignoring the whole incident as Jason scoffed at the whole situation.

'Sheeps... That's what students in class are; a few hounds like Jake control them with fear, and elephants like teachers just stay silent and watch without trying to interfere. That's why, to truly control the whole jungle, you need overwhelming dominance.' Jason thought as he took out his things from the bag and just stared at the front.

Meanwhile, as Jason here was just attending the class, the news of the of the whole incident spread over to even the next class, where Caleb Sanghwa was sitting over in one of the seats at the centre of the class

"That Jason beat up Jake again early in the morning this time; bastard has gone crazy." A classmate who seemed to be his subordinate with black hair and cold pupils told the news about Caleb, who was sitting right beside him wearing glasses.

From looks, he seemed to be a perfectly reputable person with neat dressing sense. From looks, he seemed to be a defination of high society studious students, but as news of the incident got into his ears, suddenly the veins across his face got strained as he said, "What about the teachers? What did the teacher do?"

"About that..." the black-haired student seemed a bit hesitant, but the next instant, with a frown, she told him, "She just dismissed it as an accident of Jake falling from his seat and hitting the head on the wall behind him."

"What nonsense!" Caleb lost his composure for a moment as he cussed. The class was a bit stunned to see such a reaction, and they started staring at him, a bit confused, but Caleb just laughed it off. "Oh, I'm sorry. Hahaha! I was just surprised, Luke, by the legendary-grade armour I had been searching for in the game.

"Haha! Caleb is surprisingly interested in games!"

"Lol! So passionate!"

"Keke!"

"Join me in the game tonight! We will find it if we farm for a few hours.

His classmates didn't seem to have a clue about the dark side of his personality. Caleb just smiled and once again turned towards this black-haired student and questioned, "What the hell is going on here? Why did that principal bastard take this fuck back into school despite the suspension, and why the fuck is he showing off so much right from the first day? Did the fool really lose it?"

"Even I would if I had been in his place, haha." Luke scoffed, and as he heard the reply, a grin emerged even over the face of Caleb as he commented, "Seems like it... Let's meet up, folks, at lunch."

"Hmm," as they agreed, the teacher suddenly entered the class, and at lunch time, Caleb went straight to the infirmary, where Jake was sent for his injuries, but as he opened the doors to the infirmary, he noticed it was empty.

"The hell... where is he? Did he already go back to class?" Caleb commented as he took a look around, but just then suddenly he turned back, where he noticed the friends of Jake who had raised voices for him in the class too.

"Jake... He was taken to the hospital; there is a bone fracture on his left arm and shoulders and internal bleeding too. The doctors said he will be hospitalised for a month and go through recovery for a few more months." Jake's friend explained Jake's condition with frowns on their faces.

"The... Heck!?" Caleb was left stunned with shivers and widened eyes as he heard about the situation as another guy continued, "Well, thankful there were no permanent injuries to his head or face where Jason was attacking most; a few bruises will be healed in a few weeks."

Caleb was filled with shivers and cold sweats running down from his head as the next instant Jake's friends turned towards him and coldly replied, "We are no longer going to do this shit... There is just a month for final exams; we don't want to get troubled for this graduation."

"We will just spend the rest of the time normally, give exams, and leave the place... And Jake also said he doesn't want to be associated with this issue any longer; it seems he will barely be able to give exams after a month." As the other guy said, they just left, leaving Caleb and Luke with him, stunned on the spot.

"God, fucking hell!!!" Caleb was absolutely enraged as he immediately walked up to the principal's office, and seeing the principal, he immediately shouted

"What the hell is this principal? This isn't what we had agreed upon!!!" As Caleb screamed, the principal coldly lifted his head up as he questioned, "The school is going to follow 'good' methods from now on. I had a change of heart. From now on, the school will no longer risk its reputation for some young evils."

The principal straight up announced it coldly, leaving Caleb stunned beyond words as he shouted, "Do you really no longer care about making school better? I'm graduating in a month, and I can easily talk it out with my father!!!"

"So you just want to jump here and there with your father's money, huh? Well then... Go on; I will see what you can do." The principal coldly announced it straight to his face. Caleb gritted his teeth and, removing his glasses, glared at the principal coldly. "Hey, you damn old fuck... Do you realise what you are doing?"

The principal scoffed as he heard this. The next instant, he grabbed a pen and announced, "I do know what I'm doing, but it seems you aren't. My office has cameras. If you don't get out of my office in 10 seconds, you will be suspended for a month"

"You-!!!" Caleb screamed, but the principal just started to count down: "10... 9... 8..."

Luke grabbed the enraged Caleb and immediately dragged him out of the office. "We must leave; suspension right now will risk your exams!"

"Tch!" Caleb clicked his tongue as he arrived outside of the office, stomping on the ground in frustration, but just then suddenly he noticed a shadow on the ground where he was standing, and as he looked upwards, shivers ran down his body, filled with rage and frustration as Jason standing in front of him coldly commented.

"Having a tough time keeping up with the game you started, Caleb?"
