Chapter 36 - Room tasks and reactions

Could it be that the key isn't in this room at all?

No! That's impossible!

Bristol quickly dismissed his own thoughts, because no one could break the rules of the death game!

Since Billy Doll just said that the key and talisman are here, then they must be in this room!

Could it be, like the previous room, that the key is with the owner of the room, and since the owner hasn't appeared yet, the system can't detect their location?

Bristol speculated in his mind, deciding to first search for the talisman.

Just as he was about to ask the system again how to specifically obtain the talisman, he suddenly felt an extremely cold sensation on his thigh.

"Big brother, can you fly a kite with me?" A childlike voice as clear as a silver bell sounded in his ear.

Bristol looked down and saw a beautifully crafted little girl looking up at him.

She held onto the hem of his pants with one hand, and in the other hand, she held a pretty kite.

Bristol's face changed drastically, cold sweat breaking out on his forehead!

In the room, Billy Doll saw Bristol's expression this ugly for the first time, and he inexplicably felt a bit excited!

As a guide who had guided many newcomers, Billy Doll was very clear in his mind how terrifying this seemingly harmless little girl in the room could be!

He remembered the last player who luckily made it here, being roasted alive on a grill by her!

Billy quietly stared at Bristol, a smile of interest curling up at the corner of his mouth.

Outside, the viewers in the live broadcast room divided into two factions upon seeing the sudden appearance of the cute little girl on the big screen!

One faction was the impulsive female viewers whose hearts overflowed with love, and the other faction was the rational male viewers who firmly believed the little girl was a devil!

["So adorable, I wish I had such a beautiful daughter."]

["Little darling, did you get lost? Quickly leave the death tower, be careful of danger!"]

["Are you upstairs brain-dead? I think she's the danger! Didn't you see Bristol's expression change?"]

["Exactly, I bet the little girl is just like the owner of the last room, a super cruel and bloody little maniac!"]

["Look, even Billy Doll is smiling! This little girl must be a super demon!"]

"This suddenly appearing little girl is exactly the same as the one I saw in the mural just now, even the butterfly kite in her hand is exactly the same!

I have an eidetic memory, I absolutely wouldn't remember wrong!"

A hint of shock flashed through Bristol's mind in the room, secretly saying to himself.

He suddenly remembered that Billy Doll referred to those two bodies as parents, it seems that the little girl and those two bodies should have a parent-child relationship.

It seems that the true meaning of "family" in Billy Doll's mouth refers to these three extremely terrifying creatures!

Bristol thought to himself, then with a thought, he typed into the search box:

[Will this girl in front of me attack like those two bodies did?]

The other three people in the room naturally heard the voice of the little girl!

Arlene and Ann looked worried, but they had to keep their eyes on the bodies in front of them, unable to turn around to see what was happening over there!

The two could only silently pray in their hearts, hoping that the suddenly appearing little girl would not be a cruel and bloody demon!

Meanwhile, Edgar stood beside Bristol, his face tense as he stared at the little girl in front of him, feeling particularly eerie.

How could there be such a harmless child in the death tower?

No!

Absolutely impossible!

This must be a trap!

Maybe she's even scarier than the demon in the previous room!

Thinking of the cruel experience in the last room, Edgar felt cold sweat breaking out, his legs trembling, and his whole body covered in cold sweat!

"Bristol, I feel like this little girl is not kind, there must be deception here, you must find a way to get rid of her."

Edgar whispered tremblingly into Bristol's ear.

On the large screen outside, the barrage continued to scroll, occupying a third of the entire screen!

["Edgar is just stating the obvious! Does Bristol need him to remind him!"]

["Exactly, as soon as this little girl appeared, Bristol realized something was wrong!"]

["Those brainless fans, wake up and watch the livestream seriously! Can there be your so-called little cutie in the death game?"]

["What will Bristol do next? Will he directly capture this demon-turned little girl?"]

In the room, Bristol didn't pay attention to Edgar. He looked solemnly at the panel in his mind, and the answers were already loaded.

["The little girl won't harm anyone temporarily, but once her resentment spreads throughout her body, she will completely lose her mind!"]

["Only by unraveling all the stories in the mural can you find the talisman, restrain the little girl, and get the key from her."]

["Note that there is only ten minutes. After ten minutes, she will completely lose her mind and cruelly torture all the players in the death room."]

"It seems that I have to go unlock the secrets within the mural first."

Bristol thought to himself, then he crouched down, making eye contact with the little girl and said:

"Big brother has something very important to do right now. Can you play by yourself for a bit? I'll play with you after I finish, or you can play with this brother next to you."

Because Bristol had the "Charismatic Presence" skill, the little girl found him very amiable.

So when she heard that he would play with her after he was done with his business, she nodded understandingly and looked towards Edgar.

Edgar suddenly panicked in his heart, and he didn't dare to stand still!

If the little girl suddenly went crazy, he would surely be the one to suffer.

He had already lost an arm, he couldn't afford to lose any more body parts!

He ran towards Bristol, his expression terrified, and as he ran towards the mural, he said:

"Bristol, I don't dare to play with her, don't leave me!"

He believed that he would only be safe as long as he was beside Bristol!

The little girl watched Edgar's back as he ran away, a hint of disappointment flashing in her eyes. She then moved to the side and started playing with her kite.

Bristol carefully observed the first and second paintings hanging on the wall, finding nothing special about them. So he turned his attention to the third painting.

The viewers in the livestream room on the big screen were puzzled by Bristol's actions, and they started frantically spamming the chat.

["I'm not saying, but this Edgar is too damn cowardly, if he's the second coward, I doubt anyone would dare to be the first!"]

["Bristol has been looking at this for ages, can he really figure out where the talisman and key are?"]
