What the heck. Rose had just poured juice on me. " What do you think you're doing" I asked angrily. By now, people had already gathered around us again. " You stupid bitch what did you think was going to happen when you messed with my cousin?!" Rose yelled back at me.
She poured juice on me for that idiot. I wasn't going to let this go. As I looked around and couldn't find any suitable weapon, I grabbed my water and was about to pour it on her when I felt someone grab my hand from behind.
I turned back and I found Jason holding my hand. I tried to let go of my hands but his were too strong. As soon as Rose saw Jason, she instantly ran to his side and said " aren't you going to teach her a lesson. She messed with me" . He only ignored her and dragged me with him. As I looked back, I could see the murderous glare she gave me.
As we got out, I instantly withdrew my hands from his. "What did you do" I asked angrily " you were making too much noise and I was trying to sleep" he said harshly. " What?" I asked in disbelief. " You interfered in someone else's business all so you could sleep?" I asked again. "Why else do you think I did that? So I could be your knight in shining armor or what?" he said and scoffed.
" If you had wanted to sleep, why grab me? you should have grabbed the pretty pink princess! " I said " you seemed more reasonable to talk with although I'm beginning to think I was wrong about that" .
This guy is so annoying. "Next time mind your fucking business and stay the hell away from me you asshole " I said and walked away. Why is everyone stopping me from teaching that girl a lesson. First it was Evie now him. All this interference would only make my payback more sweet.
I walked into the bathroom and started cleaning up. I was still cleaning up when Evie entered the bathroom. I ignored her because I was mad at her. I was being humiliated and she did nothing. I continued cleaning my uniform when I heard her say " I know you're angry Mia. I would too. I just can't stand up to Rose even though I want to."
I still didn't say anything and I continued cleaning my uniform. " My mom needs her family's support to continue running her business and I have to help my mom out too " she continued.
I felt bad for her. "It's fine " I finally said. She smiled and handed me a parcel. I opened it and it contained new uniform. " I have more than one so I'm lending you this " she said. I thanked her and took the one I was wearing off and wore the new uniform.
I started walking out " where are you going" she said. " To report that bully" I said. She only burst into laughter and said " Don't bother trying. I already tried once and I regretted it." " what do you mean " I asked her " you know how this school is run by hierarchy? " She asked. I nodded yes and she continued " the teachers and the authority also believe in that rule. Her family is very influential and the teachers are not going to do anything about it".
I still didn't believe her. " If that's the case I'll find out myself " I said. " Ok if you insist but I'll come with you " she said. And the both of us headed to the administration office. On our way, students were whispering and laughing as we passed by.
I sighted Jason and when our eyes met I quickly looked away. He's such a jerk. We continued on our way and in front a group of students blocked us. I recognized one of them as the guy I kicked in the groin. " I see birds of the same feather flock together" the groin dude said.
" Leave us alone Miles" Evie said. I see his name is Miles. " I know why you guys get along great" another girl added. " Why?" another guy asked mockingly. "Well because they're both nobodies" Miles said and they all burst out laughing.
This is ridiculous. They seem to not know me. " I guess you guys are the real nobodies here" I said. They all looked surprised. " Seeing how you dogs are here to bark on behalf of your master" I continued. Miles moved closer to me and he said " watch your mouth you little twerp" .
I ignored him and continued " all of you here today be sure to remember that all these faces will never fade from my memory." After saying that I left and Evie followed me. " That was so cool" she said excitedly and I only smiled.
When we got to the administration office, I entered a teacher's office while Evie waited outside. When I got in, I greeted the middle aged woman I saw there. She didn't even answer me " what do you want " she said while typing on her keys. I narrated everything to her and I was surprised by what she said next.
" You were wrong Sia" she said. "It's Mia" I corrected. " Whatever. The point is you attacked a student and instigated violence against Rose " she said. " I didn't do that. I admit I hit Miles but he was harassing me" I defended. " That's not what I heard according to Rose and Miles " She continued.
"What" I asked in disbelief. " Rose and Miles were here earlier to report YOU for bullying " she said. I was surprised. "I'm not going to make a fuss about it as you're new but do not let this repeat itself. Do you understand?" She said.
I scoffed in disbelief. Now I get what Evie said and man is she going to regret saying that to me. " Now I see you're in on it too. But you guys chose the wrong person to mess with" I said and walked out of the office.
" I told you it was useless coming here" Evie said. I said nothing and went back to the building. Through out that day, I was in a bad mood.
Finally, it was closing time. I grabbed my backpack and as I was heading outside someone grabbed my backpack and I turned to see Rose. " You better stay away from Jason. He's mine" she said. "Well that makes me want to have him even more" I said with an evil smile and walked away.
When I got outside, I saw Evie and Ryan waiting for their cars. I walked to them and said " hey guys". " Are you ok Mia?" Ryan said. " I'm fine" I replied. I chatted with them and after a while their drivers came and they went home.
I waited for my driver and he was running late. Almost all the kids had left and I was still waiting for my driver. " The bus doesn't enter school grounds!!" Miles said mockingly as he entered his car and left.
I was getting angry at my driver for keeping me waiting. As I was waiting, a sports car parked in front of me and when the windows rolled down I saw Jason and the stupid smirk on his face.
" Need a ride?" He said. I didn't answer him and just ignored him. He kept honking and I said angrily " a sensible person would know that silence means No!" I said harshly. "Come on munchkin" he said. I still ignored him and after waiting for a while he drove off.
I was surprised when he drove off. I had expected him to be more stubborn than that. I called my driver but he wasn't picking up. This is terrible. I didn't know my way home and it was getting late.
I began to walk towards the main gate hoping for a miracle to happen. I saw the same car earlier again and fortunately and unfortunately for me it was Jason.
" Come on munchkin. Don't be stubborn" He said. I thought he left already. Well, anything is better than walking. I got into the back seat and he chuckled as I got in. "What's your address" he said. I told him and he started driving.
" So what's your name" he asked. " That's on a need to know and you do not need to know." I said to him. " Hmm feisty" he chuckled. " By the way, if I hadn't stopped you earlier what would you have done with the water?" He asked. " I would have made her pay but I have you to thank for stopping me " I said.
" Well, that's not what you thought earlier." He said while smirking. " If you hadn't stopped me I wouldn't have had the urge to teach all of them a lesson" I said. " Well I'm glad I was able to fuel your anger " he said jokingly. " Look forward to tomorrow " I said to him. "You know what? I will " he said
Finally we arrived at my house. " I didn't know you lived in a mansion" He said when I got out. " Thanks for the ride" I said and began to walk in " no coffee for me !!?" He shouted. I only waved without looking back.
When I got in, I went inside and changed my clothes and headed to my father's office. I found him inside working and I took my seat in front of him. " Do you know what happened to my driver?" I asked him with a straight face. " He took Eleanor home" he said. My driver's issue was minor and I forgot about it . Now to business.
" Something happened to me today" I started. He didn't look at me but continued working "and if it continues it will disrupt my education" I continued. Now this got his attention. " Shoot" he said and I narrated everything to him without letting out a single piece of information.
" Those Morons. They dared to call you a peasant!!?" He said furiously. If there was anything I could always count on with my Father, it was his ego. He didn't like anything ruining his ego and this fits the description.
"What'd you want me to do now?" He asked. I told him my plan and he seemed to love it judging by the smile on his face. He made the phone call and I left his office. I looked forward to tomorrow.
All of them are going to pay. They didn't seem to know me but they were going to find out tomorrow.
After all, revenge is best served cold.
