Stopping after they've made it into a secluded chamber, Sayge closed the door behind them. Valda stood quietly at the center of the grand space, arms folded, and no longer did she care about Sayge's rage, because whatever transpired in there, or whatever she believed had occured in there, wasn't entirely her fault!
"Why were you trespassing on our master's bed?" Sayge demanded after being away from earshot, her gaze filled with disdain, "didn't you say to me during our last encounter that you were never coming back? Yet it appears humans like you are unable to uphold your own declaration. There's no need for pretense since you stand in front of me, I can see for myself your opinion about this place, you have no desire to be here, do you?"
