When Arthur saw Edward, he came slowly over to him, looked up in Elizabeth's far direction, seemed to think about it, and, fearing that he still felt that a long-term meal ticket was important, shook his horse's head, and made a jaunty run to Edward again.
Edward looked at the shameless fellow in front of him, as if what Elizabeth had fed him hadn't filled its stomach. Cheekily, it came to Edward's hand and slowly licked Edward's white palm with its tongue.
"Hey! Can you have some face!" Edward was helpless.
Hands unconsciously ravaged Arthur's long horse face, rubbing it vigorously, interacting from side to side, without repetition.
"Woo! Woo!" The colt, Arthur, was rubbed by Edward so much that the hairs on his horse's face stood up, and he seemed to be getting impatient with Edward, spitting out his tongue and barking.
"Hmph! Let's have you eat your way out of this, tempted out by a little food, ah!" Edward spoke, but the force in his hands was quite a bit less, though his hands still didn't drop.
"No more coming out, okay?" "Wooo!" Not really knowing if he understood, the colt just craned his neck and barked, his hooves in front of him stomping the muddy grass a few times, splattering a few chunks of broken mud.
"I'll take that as a yes!" Edward then let go of his hand and led the colt on a slow walk back to the villa in the center of the estate.
The villa covers an area of about acres, there are upper and lower floors of about a room, the door in front of the sculpture of a portrait of an angel with open wings, about six feet high, the wings seem to welcome the wind to spread, a feather carved very delicate and beautiful.
The wings on each side were roughly three feet in length, reaching two feet at their widest point. The angel spread his wings and merged his hands between his belly with a benevolent look on his face.
Of course, as in the Western form, the angelic lord is situated in the center of a fountain, about a foot high, which guards the angel.
A female angel, clad in white robes and surrounded by erupting vapor in all directions, reached a height that presented itself to Edward's eyes.
And Edward would have to look up at the beautiful angel. Edward was about four feet tall, while the angel reached a total height of nine feet, and Edward could only see the angel's waist if he looked at it flat.
By this point, it's time to talk about England's weights and measures.
An inch was originally the width of a thumb. The name comes from the Latin word uncia, which means "one-twelfth". An inch was considered to be the width of a thumb.
In England, inches have been used since the Middle Ages.
In 2007, Edward II decreed that an inch was the length of three barley grains joined together. The inch is the basis for the imperial unit of length, now legally known as the centimeter.
This means that imperial units of length are based on the metric system! If you want to do a quick conversion, inches are approximately equal to centimeters.
Whereas feet (ft) is equal under metric conversion, under imperial conversion, inches = feet and feet = yards.
And there's an old story about the origin of England's feet. Sit back, Rancho Storytelling is on. It's a big deal!
Once upon a time, there was a country called Rome, and the Roman unit of that time was called pes, plural pedes, meaning "feet", which is, well, close to the modern foot. Also an inch is a pes.
And since England was conquered by the Roman Empire, England used it unconsciously while crying and rebelling. So ft has been in use in England, see modern Japan for details.
Feet have been used in England for over a thousand years. Feet (foot, also meaning foot), the length of a human foot, used to be any length between again inches and inches (my feet are inches).
And the modern meaning of feet and inches was not established until the year reorganization standards. In that year, the British government made standard yard lengths in bronze and divided them into feet and inches.
Edward's neck was sore from looking up before he managed to get a good look at the angelic sister's face, as kind, gentle, and non-irritating as ever!
After reading it, Arthur handed it to William, the squire, with instructions to feed it less forage; it had already eaten a lot today.
Arthur cried himself to death not realizing that all the effort he put into licking Edward well and sacrificing his handsome face hadn't taken the edge off Edward's anger, and that dinner was still inevitably the result of a reduction.
Edward went back to his room and changed his clothes then went to his study and read a little.
"Knock knock!" "Come in!" Edward said without lifting his head when he heard the knock on the door.
"Your Majesty! It's time for dinner!" Lucy, dressed in her maid outfit, heartily pushed open the door of the study, revealing her cute and pretty face.
"Got it!" Edward casually replied, still eyeing the parchment in his hands.
"Your Majesty~ If you keep this up, I..! I'll tell Great Aunt Anna and see what you do!" Lucy furrowed her brow and twitched her rounded nose, truly overwhelmed by that gangly look of Edward's, and had no choice but to bring up Great-Aunt Anna to shock him.
"Eh! Lucy, how can you bother Great Aunt Anna with a so-so thing?" Edward immediately stated that he was defeated by Lucy, "I'm on it, lead the way!"
Edward tidied down in the book he was reading and clipped a goose feather to the pages of what he had read before, placing it heartily on the shelf.
Soon, Edward followed Lucy to the dining room, where Elizabeth and Butler Howard were already seated and waiting in boredom.
"Edward how do you ..." Elizabeth blurted out, stopping only halfway when she realized there were outsiders, flushing a halo red color from her neck and ears. Obviously she also knew that shouting at the top of her lungs in front of outsiders was very rude behavior and not in line with ladylike manners.
"Howard, what's this?" Edward duly said, pointing to a plate of roasted leg meat, easing Elizabeth's embarrassment in just the right way.
"Your Majesty, this is a doe that the serfs of the manor have called in, and my subordinates have specially asked the cook to make it to offer to you, Your Majesty!" Henry VIII was a king who loved to hunt, and often led a group of nobles to round up the horses. And these serfs also had the opportunity to accompany the king in the roundup, and the valiant serfs had the chance to be rewarded by Henry VIII with bows and arrows.
Of course, the main reason was that Edward issued a royal decree at the end of February, allowing people to go to the royal forests to hunt and cut wood freely. Edward's main purpose was to give the poor people a way to live in winter! It was also a ploy to buy people's hearts.
However, Edward also stipulated that it was not permitted to shoot pregnant females in the spring, as well as immature young animals! No cutting down of trees less than an inch thick was allowed.
This alone is not known to have bought Edward many hearts and minds.
Edward was savoring the roasted deer when suddenly Lucy whispered in his ear "Your Majesty, a wandering knight requests an audience with you!"
