Aurelia
We arrived back home a couple of hours later. Kane is busy parking the car in the garage while I'm entering the house. We called Elena on our way home but she didn't respond.
I open the front door and she's shockingly sitting right in front of the TV.
"Why weren't you answering your phone?" I close the door once I'm in and cross my arms.
"Glad to see your back." She turns the TV off and stands up.
"I feared 'someone' would try to track me down so I put it on airplane mode."
"jokes on you, technology is more advanced. I can pretty much still stalk you even with your phone off if I wanted to."
"Aurelia.. look, just come sit with me, I actually have the information I wanted to tell you two, speaking of which, where's Kane?"
just as she asks that the door open.
"Someone must have missed me," Kane says after opening the door.
"What news are you talking about?" I ask and walk to the couch, Kane does the same.
