"Ah, no."
Not knowing what to say, I responded as such, and the king laughed.
"No, it's embarrassing and sad to be avoided by one's child."
"Is that so?"
"That's how it is. And the thought of having to make a harsh decision soon makes me feel really heavy-hearted."
The king sighed once more, then smiled again.
"I've been telling you some odd things. Oh, by the way, Rain, have you gotten used to life at Danehill?"
"Yes, it's been almost two and a half months now."
"That's right, it's almost time for you to return to Quest. Have you found anything good, had any experiences, or made any memories here at Danehill?"
"Your Majesty!!"
A sharp voice interrupted us, and I looked to see three soldiers carrying swords running towards us.
When they reached us, they spoke to the king in a reproachful tone.
"Your Majesty! Even within the castle, it's dangerous to walk alone!"
