Liam wiped down the bar counter, the sounds of laughter and clinking glasses fading into the background as the night wound down.
Another shift as a bouncer was coming to an end, and he was looking forward to finally heading home. As he locked up, ready to leave for the quiet of his apartment, a voice from his past called out to him.
"Hey, Liam!? Is that really you?"
Contradicting his full black t-shirt and track pants, the man opposite was wrapped in a classy suit that could easily cover Liam's expenses for a few months. In addition, he was wearing a mask and glasses as if he wanted to hide his identity.
"Um, sorry... but may I ask who you are?"
"Hehe, It seems like even my senior can't recognize me!" The man, accompanied by lighter snicker from him, revealed his face, and then Liam was too stunned to speak.
