Conrad grabbed my arms, trapping my body on the wall behind. I was out of breath as he held my body, locking me so I didn't run.
He put his head on mine, colliding our body with our breath tangled in the air. "Don't run. Never run from me!"
God, this is too much. I tried to push him away with all of my strength, but he didn't budge a bit. Only after he noticed how I struggled, Conrad then took a step away but still had my body in his radar, so if I tried to run, he would catch me easily.
"Let me go!" I snapped at him.
"Let's talk Eliana,"
I let out a bitter laugh, "Talk? For what? For your excuse to let me be a slave then not let me leave?"
His eyes were cold as ice. It would freeze anyone who looked at them directly. "No mistake, DId I treat you as a slave?"
My tears started falling on my cheek. I hated this. In ten years, no single tears came out easily like now.
