Chapter 6 - The Call of Dreams

Every day , every opportunity is a dream in a attorney's life. They may not make much money in the initial stages of their life, but they have great dreams .

Dreams don't fade away for anyone or in any situation.

One such dream was theirs dream. Be it's Ismail or Preethi, they have great dreams, Dreams that doesn't fade even in their dreams.

Just like every other evening, Preethi was walking to the busstand to board a bus to her house, as they have grown little closer than before , they started having conversations apart from court hours.

On that evening, Ismail and Preethi were on call discussing some random things that happened that day in court.

When Ismail asked where she was ? She answered that she was in the bus .... Ismail nodded his head and continued with the conversation. after half an hour Ismail repeated the same question and she repeated the same answer, that she was still in the bus travelling to her house.

He then asked her ," are you stuck in the traffic ?" and she responded with a "yes". He continued asking " is it somewhere near the area ESI ?" she was damn surprised and questioned him back like "wait, are you somewhere nearby this area by any chance ?" . for which he replied " no , no but my friends are also struck in the same area, so i just guessed."

That one hour of traffic gave them the space to discuss their dreams. The dream of being their own bosses, being a free bird who can work like the way they want , and who wanted to redefine the working style of junior attorney's and the way they are being treated.

Their dream was nothing big but something very much necessary. It was a office of their own, cases for their own firm, Juniors who are stress free. A office that has a different working culture - where juniors gets paid well, where seniors don't ask juniors to help them with their domestic works, where juniors will have a social life, where juniors get to be respected equally, where the working environment is so cool that, everyone in the office should come with a happy face to work.

last but not least a firm with strong heads, with strong personalities who can be the change.

by the end of the conversation Preethi almost reached her house.
