The lady we thought was Anthonia was shivering in fear as all weapons were pointed at her. At a point she burst out in tears
"Lower your weapon guys, we had a misinformation" I called out to the team
"We're so sorry ma'am. We mistook you for someone else. You're free to go" I told the lady and she immediately scurried off
"Chief, dismiss the crowd. I'll meet you in your office"
I quickly headed up to my cabin. As soon I closed my door, I banged my good hand on the table

How could I let myself get played like this
All my adrenaline calmed down and I could suddenly feel all the pain close to my eyes rushing in. Shit, I almost forgot I got hit in the face.
I quickly requested for ice for my face and sat down.
