Darius, once again, was perplexed whether he should tell them his true identity or keep fooling them till the end. He could just chase them away and went on his way. However, he still needs to consider their feelings as well.
"Does my true identity matter to both of you?"
Sarah felt the weight of his words. And then she answered sincerely. "I apologize for my selfishness. I can't keep lying to myself that I want to know you closer than anyone. If our relationship had to be stopped as a merchant and her client, then so be it. I will get off of this ship immediately."
That was her last push to win Darius' heart. As a woman, Sarah has done everything she could. She determined that Darius' will be her last time to ever fall in love with a man if he ought to give his official rejection.
