Unable to find a way to escape from the predicament, Roger decided to follow Darius' little game until he had enough mana to blast the white-haired brat in one shot. Though he was reluctant and despised being suppressed by a mere 16 years old teenager, Roger taught Darius a short lecture about Vox Elemental Magic.
"In a sense, Vox Elemental Magic is akin to a Soul Magic but far more intricate and requires a meticulous mana control. The only difference is, instead of obstructing one's soul, you used the sixth element which is Sound."
Darius glanced at Mathilda to cross-check whether Roger was lying or not and Mathilda reciprocated with a small nod to confirm that Roger wasn't lying.
Roger then continued. "To put it simply, you use your own voice to entrap your target's minds in order to control their soul from the outside stimulation. In this way, the soul wouldn't be damaged since you are in control of one's mind."
