The integrity of the barrier depends on either method; the first one depends on the user's capability to continuously manifest it—where it would be destroyed or disrupted if the user is successfully attacked or incapacitated; the second depends on the integrity of the fuinjutsu seals where if any of these seals are destroyed or disrupted, the barrier weakens in the corresponding area, and continued damage to the seals eventually causes the barrier to dissipate entirely.(Or barrier stop working when chakra stored in seal runs out.)
