"What in Fathers Name is going on here?! How did this even happen!" One of the Seraphim shouted out along with everyone else voicing the same questions in many different ways.
"I don't know, you tell me? If people that go to hell shouldn't be brought down there and those brought to heaven shouldn't be up here as well." Alfred countered as he walked around the courtroom while he held up the Hells Book.
"You know I honestly read the original, in the original you could ask for the name of who you were looking for and even why they are in hell, and the funny thing is that more than a third of hells sinners were in hell for such minor things that what I was seeing just had to be a joke." Alfred said while rubbing his gabella, the area between his eyes, feeling frustrated with what he had saw.
"And what minor things are you getting on about old man?" Adam said getting frustrated at how this whole situation was going now.
"Old man? Funny to hear from an ancient brat like you, anyways what I found it was that for some reason if people who died from over drinking of alcohol or overdosing on drugs, not killing or raping people but simple vices and because of that they were sent to hell, how pathetic don't you agree." He went onto say.
"And now I mean really, Adulterers can get into heaven but alcholics and drug addicts can't, how low can heaven get, I really must ask do you guys actually know how people get sent to heaven or hell in the first place?" Alfred decided to ask the Elephant in the room that seemingly everyone was trying to ignore.
And the top four that should know about it clamped up real tight, "…. we don't know." Sera said quietly to which Emily clearly heard making her eyes widen.
"I'm sorry could you repeat that? I think I must be hearing things, but if these ears of mine aren't wrong then you just said that You, Current Leader of Heaven Herself, Has no clue how people get into Heaven? Is that right? Is that what I just heard?! Because, and excuse my French, but are you fucking kidding me here?!" Alfred said sounded bewildered, shocked and utterly disappointed in hearing that from Sera of all people.
"Well I guess it makes sense then, if you can't control who gets into heaven and who goes to hell then it's no surprise that bad people get up here and good people go down their even if it's unintentional, well at least Most Of The Time…" Alfred said ending his statement rather ominously as he looked at both Sera and Adam as if insinuating something.
"But since the audience seems split between what should be done about all this, I shall move onto the next case will be on this fine gentleman." Alfred said as the orb changed to show Angeldust, who at the moment was playing a game of poker against Husk, Pentious, Khench and I new guest being Cherri Bomb, but she was only there since she was close friends with Angeldust really.
"The Porn Demon? What? Your trying to prove your case with that sexed up crack whore?" Lute decided to cut in for once since she was getting irritated with how Alfred was treating Adam and her, making them both out to be idiots during this whole case.
"Of course! But remember, all we care about is what he did in life to get down into hell and to show off how he changed, so him being a pornstar doesn't mean anything to this case, so let's start with his human life." He said brushing off her words like they were air as he looked at Angels Human life.
"Angeldust, better known as Anthony DiMaggio, 2nd son to the DiMaggio Crime Family, As he wasn't going to be the successor to his fathers criminal empire Anthony was allowed to do whatever he wanted, gambling, drinking, sex and lastly Heavy Drug Use were all used while he was alive until too many drugs left him die of a drug overdose." Alfred summed up everything about Angeldust while he was alive.
"Now that might sound bad, but those were the only things he did in life mind you, yes he was a part of a crime family but the sins that were written in the book for his death was drug abuse and a drug overdose, and up until a few months ago Angeldust here was a prolific drug user, but since then he's cleaned up his act and now he hasn't used any since then, now you tell me if that isn't change for the better and show everyone here that this soul has improved then I don't know what to tell you." Alfred said with his arms raised and spread wide as he shook his head in disappointment.
Hearing this the rest of the court had been swayed towards allowing for the thought of redemption to be actually approved but the five who's voices mattered was completely against it.
"Vaggie! It's-It's working!" Charlie said quietly and excitedly while she had gotten teary eyed at the sight of this all while the eye of Hells red glow began to slowly change to blue.
"Well I'll be damned, your little girl has nearly done it, I almost thought it was impossible for them to win this case." Roo said surprised at the entire case that she was seeing.
"See? I told you she got this! It's good that I had Alfred go along with and be her lawyer." Cain said with a smug look on his face as he leaned back and relaxed.
"So, what are you going to do if they really go through with this? Are you really just going to give up on destroying Heaven?" Roo asked him, as she was the embodiment of all Evils on Earth and in Hell, she wasn't bound to be constantly evil and even if her student didn't do it himself, she had ways to do what she wanted most it would only take longer for her to do so.
"…. Though I hate heaven I think my hate was a bit too broad and all angels needing to die is-" but he shut up quickly with what he was hearing.
Back at the courtroom.
"No! I won't accept this! No matter what you say about how people can change will make me approve of this!" Adam shouted out as he slammed his fist onto his desk.
"And you wanna know why? Well I'll tell you why! I will tell you what must be known!" Adam said while Sera stood up.
"Adam! Calm you-" but he wouldn't listen to what she was saying.
"I don't care what you say! I don't care what you do! You honestly think that heaven can just ignore the fact that one of your people has gone out of his way to slaughter thousands of angels over the past seven million years that humanity has existed?! Then you got to be fucking kidding me! If he didn't get in the way of our exterminations then this bullshit might just have a chance! But if that fucker is still alive then there's no way I will ever accept this!" Adam shouted out and surprising the rest of the courtroom.
All while the Eye of Hell slowly began to revert back to its deep red hue as it watched on to see how this will all end.
