Chapter 97: A Love Letter
Moth stood there, frustration etched on his face, his eyes fixed on the mangled paper now crumpled against the wall. "Absurd," he growled through gritted teeth. "This is absurd!"
His mind swirled with the turmoil of love unspoken. His heart ached to confess his feelings for Kiara, but the words refused to form on paper, no matter how hard he tried.

Moth, the blood draining from his face, whipped around to face his son, surprise and embarrassment washing over him.
"Dad, are you okay?" Zana asked, his eyes wide with curiosity. The sight of his father wrangling with a mere piece of paper must have seemed bizarre to the boy.
