Walking briskly to the guard's quarters, Nyx had a frown on her face.
"I still do not know what to think anymore, if he is really sorry it he just wants me back because of something else," she lifted up her eyes to look at the skies.
"Pathetic," she rolled her eyes.
Increasing her pace, she walked farther down until she could see the quarter's in sight.
"Tsk, he even acknowledges Isla, I mean she is not real," she scoffed. She could feel a burning sensation in her chest as she spoke each sentence.
'Am I jealous of Isla?'
"Of course not, why am I jealous? I came here to teach him a lesson, not crave for attention," she muttered furiously under her breath, swallowing hard, trying to calm her burning cheeks.
She reached the front door, a scowl resting on her face. A young man greeted her politely, "Good day madam, do you need something?"
