Nyx sat before Archi who was already knitting. Nyx watched him knit for a while, gratitude and hurt swelling in her heart.
"I love you so much son," she said affectionately.
A corner of his lips went up, "This is the umpteenth time you are saying that today mother," he chuckled, "You know I love you too."
"Archi, I think it is time I tell you everything."
He raised his head, "Why we left the palace?"
"Everything."
He arched his brows, and stopped what he was doing.
"Like what?"
"Have you ever thought of the reason why you transform on every full moon, even sometimes without the moon?"
He shook his head, "I never really thought of it."
She exhaled deeply, "Well, though I can not explain why your wolf decided to wake up this early, but I can say you have always been special, and you have saved me many times while I still carried you in my womb."
"Oh, that is quite cute," his eyes gleamed with pride.
