Ever since that day, Akina has been scared to go anywhere, as for Maya, May confronted her about her belongings being in Akina's hut, Maya yelled at her, asking why she even went to Akina's hut, it ended in a big argument, so loud, he heard it from downstairs, the second he heard Akina's name, he stood near the door listening, for the first time in years he smiled, Akina was doing fine, Maya was taking care of her, and was her best friend, but May didn't like that, or maybe she was scared, she, and the other grandparents have already found out grandfather Pim used to take care of her, he voiced how they were all going to hell for what they were doing to Akina, he apologized to Akiko's grave for not helping Akina sooner, and after knowing Akina would be okay, he left the kingdom, and town to clean his soul, with him left Mrs. Dawn.....and their son.
Grandmother Masa was heartbroken, at the time she was trying to ignore him, when he asked for her to come with him, to clean their souls for what they've done to Akina, their granddaughter who had done no wrong, but she refused, she kept repeating that what she was doing, was punishing Akina, but couldn't tell him what she needed to be punished for, so he told her the truth, that for the last seventeen years he had been cheating on her with Mrs. Dawn, he was planning on leaving Mrs. Dawn if Grandmother Masa felt the same about what she had done to Akina as he did, but as she felt she was in the right for her actions toward Akina, and Akiko he gave up. With sadness in his face, he really didn't want to have to tell her that, because back then there was a child Mrs. Dawn was carrying, he was so beautiful, he looked like Grandfather Pim, and everyone could see it, if he was his child then, that was it, men weren't blamed for cheating, instead he would've had to marry Ms. Dawn, and Ms. Dawn would have become his main wife, at the time that was happening May was a teen, he didn't want to know what she would feel like knowing her father betrayed them, and Masa was a sweet, graceful women then, she looked in his eyes with hope, love, and fear, that he wasn't the father, so he denied Mrs. Dawn's son, but his heart wouldn't let him, so he started to meet with her in secret.
He divorced Grandmother Masa, and married Dawn, she didn't think he would go through with it so she rushed to his house, only to find Dawn's son, who had grown to become the spitting image of Grandfather Pim.
The truth hurt her, she believed he was cheating, but didn't think it was with Dawn, thinking about the past she became completely broken, and dead inside, she thought about everything, she had always treated Akiko bad, because Akiko was a Bonsoy child, which is a baby that starts out looking exactly like their father/mother, then grows to become more beautiful, or handsome than their parents, such an infant was classified as a demon, it was said that because the mother/father is the first person the child see's, the demon takes their face, then as they grow and meet other people they take features from their face and add it to their own, until they have a face they like, they abilities like no human, this was a urban legend made up by the old queen three generations ago, the thing is, it is a true demon, but it's called the Bonggoyson, however that urban legend was explained wrongly.
Maya has been worried, first May has let all the servants know that Maya is not allowed to go to Akina's hut, one servant was nice enough to help Maya, he brought Akina some food, books, and two notes, " My lord, sweetheart, would you like a blanket, some clothes, I don't mind going to buy you some!!!" he asked, Akina smiled, and she nodded, thanking him as he left, he and another servant went to the store, and brought back Akina some clothing, blankets, and shoe's, she opened the notes;
Dear Akina,
Mother has placed me under watch, so it may be some time before I can visit you. Currently, I am only allowed to go to school and back. But that won't stop me from sending you the books I have finished reading. I am not sure, but I believe I overheard your father discussing plans for you, possibly about attending school, make sure you study hard, so that no one can say anything bad for the day you start attending.

Akina already knew how to read, she was actually able to learn way faster than most girls her age, she also learned how to hunt, climb, swim, write, sew, cook, and make weapons, okay so that last one may have been a little weird, but now it is a needed skill, with the Renwedded battle coming closer, random people without a child are looking for one to hand in, as the reward for one has become greater, two people, one women, and her daughter tried to take Akina.
Akina was asleep when they attempted to take her, while she was fighting with the mother, her daughter went in Akina's hut to steal from her, but she ended up finding the rose, she rushed to show her mother, but Akina had already killed her, the girl gasped at the sight, and ended up inhaling the gas the released from it, she must've been trying to fight the effect of the gas, which made her go stupid, still mad about her mother's death, she charged at Akina, in which Akina tripped her, and she fell over the edge Akina lead her to, as Akina walked back to her hut, she didn't notice, on her back shined a symbol.
Akina spent the rest of her days studying all the books that Maya had given her, all while May was planning something, at first he was the only one she'd hear talking about Akina, now she has to deal, with knowing her daughter loves Akina, her mother feeling bad about what she did to Akina, her friends asking if their sons can have Akina's hand in marriage, and the words, the words her father shouted before leaving, cursing her, and the baby she wants so bad to hell, to burning in fire for all eternity, cursing that she will lose all of them, her daughter, the baby, and Him, if she continues to make Akina suffer .
"Honey?" she called out to him, he ignored her, looking out to the garden path, that led to Akiko's grave, in his hand was the necklace Akiko gave him, May started to get irritated as she stared at the necklace, she remembered the day Akiko made that for him, May laughed and pointed at her saying he would never like that gift, May spent a lot of money of the gift she gave him, but the next day he was seen wearing Akiko's necklace, though they never seen him talking to Akiko it was clear he liked her, he never paid attention to May that way, he was the only man to love Akiko for her personality, and not her beauty, which was why, their father paid no mind to him he waited a year or two before asking Akiko, May went off her rocker trying any, and everything to get him, during the time he, and Akiko were dating. When Akiko announced her, and his marriage, her heart dropped, she waited once he was alone, and tried to talk him out of it, but he refused, May snapped, and tried to rip off Akiko's necklace from his neck, he throw her to the wall, and as he walked away from her he glared into her soul, since that day his friendship with May was over.
"What, do you want?" he, "I want a child, I want a child, your child... please" she begged him, he just stared at her, "No, I've done everything else you wanted, but I draw the line there, you made me sleep with you, you made me share a bed with you, top on of that I have not seen Akina... my daughter, my only child in three years, on the count of you telling me she doesn't want to see me, I will not give you a child, I won't do that to Akina-" she threw a pot near his head, he didn't flinch, he just didn't look at her, "look at me. LOOK AT ME, I AM YOUR WIFE, FORGET AKINA EVEN EXISTED, SHE DOESN'T MATTER, AND SHE DOSEN'T CARE ABOUT YOU, I HAVE NEVER SAID SHE COULDN'T COME HERE, BUT WHAT DO YOU KNOW SHE'S NEVER SHOWED UP..... you are always talking about her, always bringing her up, and I CAN'T STAND IT, MAYA IS YOUR NEW AND ONLY DAUGHTER NOW, I AM YOUR ONLY WIFE, AKINA DON'T MATTER, SHE SHOULDN'T ANYMORE!!!!!" she shouted, tears started to well up in her eyes, clinching her fist, her whole body shook in rage "I am tired of hearing you talking about her when me, and Maya are your new family, I. want a child, Akina is a girl, she can't continue your family line, I don't want her to! the child I am the mother of will continue the line, girl or boy, give me a baby" she begged, his face twisted, and his eyes narrowed, he looked sick to his stomach.
He walked up to her, towering over her," I will kill it..." he said, " What?" May questioned, "I will never give you a child, the day you somehow, in some way bore my child, I will kill it!" that was the last thing he said as he walked past her, leaving the room. She released the breath she was holding, and dropped to the floor, one after another tears falling from her eyes, "What did I do to deserve this? I only wanted happiness with the man I love. It wasn't fair for Akiko to take him away from me, to bear his first child. I was meant to be his first wife, and Maya was meant to be his daughter. It was supposed to be destiny, and Akiko ruined it! He is my husband and Maya's father, and Akina is just an obstacle..." she said to herself, her eyes ended up on the necklace, she sat there, staring at it, in her head she remembered Akiko, and how even now he is always tending to her grave, making sure it stays clean, and beautiful surrounded by the flowers she loved, he used to spend hours, to a night by her side, he'd just stare at her, holding her hand.
