Li Jun dashed through his yard, arriving at the front of his house within seconds. Hu Mei's grandmother had previously been watering plants around the perimeter when Li Yong broke in through the gate, and now he was holding the old lady by her throat.
Li Jun arrived in front of Li Yong, with Shen Yun slightly behind. Li Jun's eyes became dark, as if he had fallen into a deep abyss from which no light could escape. He stared silently, like a predator eyeing his prey, waiting for an opportunity to attack.
"What are you doing!?" Shen Yun demanded an explanation as she saw Li Yong with his hand outstretched, strangling the old lady who tended to Li Jun's property. "Unhand her now!"
"Well, if it isn't the young lady of the Shen family. I think you have more pressing matters than this little dispute. You might want to check up on your own family before getting involved with mine." Li Yong smirked as his eyes ran over her delicate figure.
