"Well, that's most of it. I suggest you keep some spirit stones nearby to increase the amount of spiritual energy. You just have to flush the blockage out of your spirit core by circulating a lot of energy." Master Shen confirmed his assumption.
"Although pills can do miraculous things for your cultivation, if you take too many before your body has time to recover, it can cause blockages. Just make sure you keep that in mind from now on. Once you reach the core refining stage, a blockage can take months or even years to get rid of." Master Shen warned him and then sent Li Jun on his way.
