Entry #1: Ferania's Geography
Welcome to Ferania, a world channeled with life and colors, unfolding the beauties behind each corner of the light touches. It was built and formed through the cultivation of diverse cultures that each bear a rich history behind their story. Here, every corner reveals a breathtaking panorama that ignites the spirit of every fearless explorer.
From the ethereal ice-capped peaks of the northern realms, where frost-kissed cliffs stand tall over frozen plains, to the sun-drenched land of the southern shores, where golden sands merge seamlessly with azure waters that stretch beyond the horizon. Ferania was built with five major continents with each continent holding within its embrace an eclectic of ecosystems, each more enchanting than the last.
In the northeast, harsh yet magnificent, lies Obniyarsk. Towering mountain ranges pierce the icy sky, their peaks adorned with glistening glaciers. Vast, frozen plains stretch as far as the eye can see, occasionally punctuated by jagged rock formations sculpted by the unforgiving wind. Yet, amidst this stark beauty, life persists. Desire spews forth warm water, creating pockets of lush green amidst the white, where hardy plants and resilient creatures thrive.
Marched to the westwards, the landscape transforms into the rolling green hills of Hofvöllur. Lush forests, blooming with vibrant flora and fauna, carpet the land. Crystal-clear rivers snake through the valleys, their waters reflecting the snow-capped peaks that dominate the horizon. Glimmering glaciers, remnants of a bygone age, crown the highest mountains, offering breathtaking vistas for those brave enough to reach their summits.
Journey south to the heart of Ferania, at the west of the realm, and discover Atiquiran, a land of contrasts. Greens thrived at their peak. Flora and fauna found their commitment, lashing across the land with its momentous influences. Bypassed the unforgiving heat and its embracing cold. Water was clear as the azure sky, but mudded as the civilization prospered. The urban bustling life and cultures integrate, humans, and elves and many sought its sanctuary and the wealth of its expandable markets.
Reaching southeast, Rakuying met its roots, towering bamboo forests pierce the sky, their emerald stalks swaying in the gentle breeze. Vibrant coral reefs live together with their aquatic companions under a shadeless aqua, hugging the sandy coastlines. Volcanic islands, cloaked in an aura of mystery and power, rise majestically from the turquoise embrace of the ocean. Here, the air hums with the songs of the thriving life.
In the west of the south, lies Indra'm, vast savannas prolonged farther than the age of mankind, where golden grasses swayed in the warm winds. Dense jungles, tuning with exotic flora and fauna, offer a glimpse into the heart of a primordial world. Mighty rivers, the lifeblood of the land, snake their way through the landscape, nourishing the fertile soil and sustaining the diverse creatures that call it home. While the central is painted with golden hues, a vast desert stretching under endless blue skies, baking under the relentless sun. But amidst these arid plains lie hidden oases, vibrant havens teeming with life. Towering, sun-baked cities, testaments to ancient ingenuity, rise from the desert sands.
Despite its allurement, stone, and soil were smeared by crimson stains. Wars waged, breath taken, and pearls shredded. From the echoes of the desperate roar of the dying soldiers to the tears and cries of widows. The shattered swords that were left abandoned by the perishing wishes, and the broken chains that were inflicted from the charred desires.

Entry 2#: Ferania's Cultures and People (Feran)
Far beyond its magnificent landscapes, Ferania's richness bursts forth for its fascinating interbreed of races that call it home. Each race boasts unique features, customs, and ways of life that have shaped their place in this vibrant world. Deviated by the banal distinctiveness of each race, sub-species were wrought to fulfill the realm's complexion of the essence. However, discrimination domesticated as segregation and alienage were fostered amongst the races and sub-species. Increment the unwanted conflicts and skirmishes that potentially led to the devastation within the realm's harmony.
Humans. The most widespread race in Ferania, humans exhibit a remarkable range of appearances. Western Antians tend towards fair skin, light hair, and piercing blue eyes. Northern Yarsk, further divided into the Menné with their darker complexions and the Nö with their reddish hues, showcase the world's human diversity. Eastern Hyans are known for their dark hair and almond-shaped eyes, while Southern In'ran possesses darker skin tones and a wiry build, reflecting their desert ancestry. Despite these variations, humans share a common adaptability and capacity for innovation, allowing them to thrive in all corners of Ferania. Beyond its light, Humans are cunning, strategic, and greedy, and thrive within Ferania due to their unsatiated thirst for the greed of expansion.
Elves. Renowned for their grace, longevity, and connection to nature, elves come in various subraces. High Elves, the tallest and fairest, possess an otherworldly beauty with flowing blonde hair and piercing blue eyes, as beauty comes with grace, grace comes with luxury, luxury comes with superiority, and superiority comes with arrogance. Wood Elves, dwelling in harmony with the forests, have a more rugged appearance, emerald or azure eyes, and hair that blends seamlessly with the foliage from green to blonde. Wood Elves also possessed an extensive lifespan compared to other races and subspecies. Dark Elves, shrouded in secrecy, are typically pale-skinned with dark hair and crimson eyes, often bearing intricate tattoos that tell stories of their lineage. Snow Elves, rarely seen outside their icy mountain homes, are pale and slender with hair like spun silver and eyes that shimmer like glaciers. Finally, Stone Elves, dwelling deep underground, are known for their earth-toned skin, glowing amber eyes, and a natural affinity for crafting and manipulating stone. However, elves tend to be more cautious, as they could live for many centuries, ranging from 1,000 to 10,000 years, varied from their subspecies. These positions also led to their more discriminatory natures, mainly protecting themselves from their quickened unfortunates.
Beastfolks. This diverse race embodies a fusion of human and animal traits. Wakra, the nimble inhabitants of Indra'm's savannas, possess docile and small animal-like features with horns, pointed ears, agile bodies, and fur that vary depending on their specific tribe and animal temperament. Rorc, in contrast, is a fierce and imposing race, they are more inclined to inherit blood and genes from predators of the wild, tigers, wolves, lions, elephants, and bears. Their hulking builds, powerful limbs, and prominent tusks reflect their strength and affinity for warfare. Despite their animalistic appearances, they are more likely to instigate civil wars, their bestial instinct always seeks to earn the glory and seat of the alpha, heightening wars waged against themselves. This increases the number of unwanted refugees and slaves that are sold to other races.
Orcs. Known for their physical prowess and unwavering loyalty to their tribes, Orcs exhibit a range of physical characteristics. Northern Nö Orcs are typically tall and broad-shouldered with pale skin and reddish hair. Southern Samaruk Orcs have darker skin and black hair, reflecting their desert origins. Eastern Eap'ak Orcs are known for their shorter stature and dark, piercing eyes, while Western Háraka Orcs are the most imposing, with thick black beards and a fierce glint in their eyes. Despite their outward differences, all Orcs share a strong sense of community and a deep respect for tradition but also intense furies due to their overwhelming masculinity. Orcs' ranks are determined through their strength demonstrated within the wild, and those inherited royal blood exhibited a more robust, pointer, and lengthier husk. However, the Orcs' reproduction suffered a toll from its predominated male births, affecting a shortage of females. As a method of encouragement, those who gave birth to females will earn privileges that surpass even the ranking of commander, toppled with compensation of nourishment for an entire decade. If the given failed, the alternative was made when the Orcs' tribes met the scarcity of female breeds in dire, they would secure the other races' female for their race continuity, it can be through either illicit or solicited methods. Due to their Orcish genetics, despite the races, most births will be predominated by the Orcish pedigree.
Dwarves. Renowned for their craftsmanship and unwavering loyalty, Dwarves come in three subraces. Undör, the most common, are stout and hardy people. Their thick beards, calloused hands, and deep-set eyes reflect their life spent toiling beneath the earth. Sïdr Dwarves, dwelling on the surface world, are shorter than their subterranean kin but share a similar stocky build. Sjör Dwarves, the rarest of the three, have adapted to an aquatic life. Shorter and sleeker than their land-dwelling kin, they possess webbed hands and feet for navigating the depths. Dwarves are natural smiths, enchanters, and merchants, born with keen eyes and patience, sharp tone, and sweet mouth, and each blow delivered under their hammers sparks the craftmanship beyond ascension. The only downfall that prevented them from advancing further than other races was their alcohol aficionado.
Lizardfolks, while often mistaken for mere reptiles, Lizardfolks are a diverse race with a deep connection to the water, deserts, swamps, frozen plains, and others. Their subraces can be distinguished by both their physical characteristics and their preferred habitats. First, Dra the Red Lizardfolks. They are the most common subrace, Dra Lizardfolks possess a reddish-brown hide that blends seamlessly with sunbaked rocks and desert landscapes. They are known for their strength and prowess in combat, often serving as elite warriors and guardians within Lizardfolk communities. Some even speculate they wield the breath of fire because of their occasional habitat in volcanoes. Besides, they are prideful and loyal creatures to those they serve.
Next, Dru the Blue Lizardfolks. These amphibious Lizardfolks have vibrant blue scales that shimmer like twilight on water. They excel at swimming and diving, making their homes in vast lakes, rivers, and even the open ocean. Dru are known for their close connection to the spirits of the water and their exceptional fishing skills.
Dre the Green Lizardfolks, dwelling in the heart of lush jungles and swamps. Dre Lizardfolks possess emerald green scales that camouflage them perfectly amidst the foliage. They are skilled hunters and gatherers, possessing a deep understanding of the jungle ecosystem. Dre are known for their herbalism and their ability to communicate with certain swamp creatures. They are also widely known for their guerilla warfare tactics, emerald green skins that blend in with the vines and thorns of nature's skin, and their acute awareness that penetrates every movement of their surroundings.
Wayorre the mythical White Lizardfolk. They are extremely rare and shrouded in mystery, Wayorre Lizardfolks are said to possess pearlescent white scales that shimmer with an otherworldly light. Legends claim they hold immense magical power and a deep connection to the spirits of the natural world. Few have encountered a Wayorre, and their true nature remains a subject of speculation.
Drak the Black or Purple or Dark Lizardfolks. These Lizardfolks dwell in the shadowy depths of caves, the alleys of the urban, and underground waterways, Drak Lizardfolks have black, purple, or dark grey scales that blend seamlessly into their environment. They are known for their keen eyesight in low-light conditions and their exceptional stealth. Drak are often skilled trackers and scouts, feared for their ability to move unseen. They are keened more toward urban thievery and assassin lifestyles than the natures of the other Lizardfolks.
Dryd the Amber or Yellow Lizardfolks. Dwelling in arid regions and deserts, Dryd Lizardfolks possess orange or yellow scales that provide camouflage amidst the sand dunes. They are known for their resilience to harsh environments and their ability to store water in their bodies for extended periods. Dryd is a skilled desert nomad and adept at navigating treacherous landscapes.
Demorans. They are a humanoid race shrouded in mystery and legend. Unlike demonic beings from folklore, they possess an ethereal beauty, with pale skin that seems to shimmer with an inner light, devilish resembling horns but deviate from the purity of the demonic, and pointed ears that frame elegant faces. Their eyes, however, are often unsettling – glowing red or purple, reflecting an unknown power that courses through their veins. Once a populous race, Demorans are now a rarity, primarily inhabiting the alleys of Atiquiran and the deserts or savannas of Indra'm. Tales sings of their near-extinction during the Infernal War, a brutal conflict where humans and other races fought to drive them back. The remaining Demorans are wary of outsiders, often possessing a distrust for other races due to the events of the past. However, whispers persist of hidden Demoran settlements where they preserve their ancient knowledge and magic.
Dragonkin. Dragonkin are a near-mythical race, once soaring lords of the skies. In their humanoid form, they appear as tall and powerful beings with a vaguely reptilian cast to their features. Their skin can range from deep crimson to emerald green, and their eyes often shimmer with an inner fire. The defining characteristic of a Dragonkin, however, is their ability to transform into magnificent dragons. These colossal creatures, with scales that shimmer like gemstones and wings that blot out the sun, are said to possess immense power and fierce intelligence. However, the Celestial War, a conflict shrouded in time, is believed to have brought the Dragonkin to the brink of extinction. The few remaining Dragonkin are said to dwell in the remote northern reaches of Ferania, fiercely guarding the secrets of their bloodline. Or disguising as humans to blend in with society. Legends whisper of a specific Dragonkin bloodline known as the Xæ'raχ. These Dragonkin were said to be the most powerful of their kind, capable of wielding immense magical abilities in both their humanoid and dragon forms. The ancient Dragonkin during the Celestial War was believed to be a descendant of this bloodline.
Archsoul. The Archsoul is a mythical race lost to time and faded in mystery, and is spoken of only in hushed tones, ancient tombs, ruins, and forgotten legends. Described as the first sapient and sentient beings, they were said to possess an ethereal beauty that surpassed all other races. Their features remain a complete mystery, with some tales suggesting an androgynous appearance that embodied both masculine and feminine traits, while others whisper of beings of pure light, their forms shifting and reforming like living constellations. Their power was said to be unmatched, allowing them to manipulate the very essence of reality itself. They could bend the elements to their will, summoning storms with a thought and calming raging rivers with a gesture. Legends claim they possessed an innate connection to the world's magic, wielding it with an effortless grace that no other race could ever hope to replicate. But their existence and endings were questioned, from the ruins that sang their downfall to the dawn of the other races. Their involvement in the Celestial War, one that contorted the span of many immense races, Dragonkin, Ancient Demoran, and Ancient Elves (M'afuré). But the war ended abruptly, accompanied by the disintegration of any trace of indication and memories that delineated their divinity actuality as if their melodies were just a fallacy. Archsoul is still shrouded only by the tales that are chronicled by those sunken, forgotten ruins.

Entry 3#: Ferania's History
Ferania's history stretches back for millenniums, filled with harmonious periods when Ferans united against the greater cause and its catastrophic wars that left big scars amongst the Ferans. Its dawn traced way before its contemporary epoch, After Ferania (AF). In the precedent epoch, before Ferania (BF), the world bore a different name: Fadasra. A colossal war, a maelstrom of violence that engulfed every continent and every race, ravaged this bygone world. The war was inscribed as, The War of the Realm, the greatest war that surmounted Ferania's wars in history. This conflict, stretching over a century, from 116 BF until 1 BF, left an unforgettable mark on those who survived. The reasons for this global war are lost to time, with some suggesting a scramble for resources, others a clash of ideologies. Regardless of the cause, the war's brutality resulted in widespread devastation and a complete reshaping of the political landscape. In the aftermath, recognizing the futility of further bloodshed, the people of Fadasra embarked on a new chapter, inaugurating the council of the realm, the summit of consonance and peace, The A'feran, the summit in elven's tongues. The summit christened their world Fara'ian or Ferania, an elven name symbolic of their newfound desire for unity and collaboration. The very name Ferania served as a constant reminder of the devastating consequences of disunity and a resolute pledge to forge a more peaceful future.
Far, far beyond the trace of times, beyond the mark of the War of the Realm, the mark of Ferans, the prehistoric era of Ferania, an ancient conflict known as the Celestial War manifested and shook the very ground of Ferania. This war, estimated to have occurred over 1,000,000 years ago, is believed to have pitted the Archsoul, the first sapient beings of incredible power, against the mighty Dragonkin, ancient Demorans, and the ancient elves. While details remain vague, the war's outcome resulted in the near-extinction of the Dragonkin and the disappearance of the Archsoul altogether. The reasons for the Archsoul's absence remain a topic of intense speculation, with some suggesting they transcended the corporeal realm, while others whisper of a darker fate. However, the evanescence of the Archsouls also became the birth of the very bedrock of the new sentients, Humans, Dwarves, Beastfolks, Lizardfolks, and Orcs, transpiring the new era of Ferania.
Besides, the Celestial War, another colossal war waged across Ferania or Fadasra particularly. The Infernal War, fought between 1275 BF and 1199 BF, erupted due to the ambitions of a powerful Demoran leader named Davaxus. Davaxus, a race once populous but already on the decline after the Celestial War, sought to dominate Ferania and commit omnicide against other races. This catastrophic war saw the Demoran unleash devastating magic and military might in a near-apocalyptic bid for world domination and annihilation. However, a unity of other races rose to resist. The war ended with the Demoran population significantly reduced, forever diminished from their predominance.
These are the great wars that tainted and shaped the very soil of Ferania while upbringing the prospective future. Besides its core of conflicts, skirmishes sprout from its roots:
The Revered War (514 AF - 523 AF): This religious conflict arose from a clash of faith between the followers of "The God" and the believers in "Her Divineness." The God's High Father, Reginald, emphasized a rigid moral code, discipline, and unwavering devotion, while Her Divineness' Supreme Mother, Madeleine, preached compassion, tolerance, and respect. While the conflicts persisted, an outsider named Andrea, a woman refusing allegiance to either side and advocating for balance, disrupted supply lines, sowed discord, and exposed atrocities. Through her intervention, Andrea brought the leaders together for reconciliation, where her charisma and negotiation skills secured a peace treaty enshrining religious tolerance between the two. Her Divineness faith gradually gained wider acceptance, eventually becoming the dominant religion in Ferania, while The God's religion persisted amongst some.
The Ha'ven Pre'vasha (The Human Crusade) (1318 AF - 1326 AF): This war marked a period of tension between Elves and Humans. The turmoil transpired as it stemmed from a territorial dispute between the Dra'vrne (Empire in elven tongue) of Yinrel and the burgeoning Human Empire of Zensaku in Rakuying. Thankfully, both sides recognized the fruitlessness of prolonged conflict and negotiated a peaceful resolution, preventing further bloodshed on both sides.
The Jouvegné Dominion War (1394 AF - 1419 AF): This conflict represents the ambitions of a singular leader, Andervin Jouvegné, the great-grandfather of the current Jouvegné Emperor. Driven by expansionist desires, Andervin sought to conquer the entire western continent and establish the Jouvegné Dominion. However, his aspirations were met with defiance. A coalition of five valiant individuals, each representing different realms, rose to challenge him. This group, alongside numerous other concerned nations, ultimately stopped Andervin's conquest. This war also led to the founding of The New Atiquiran, a nation established by the coalition.
The Revolutionary Civil War (1431 AF - 1442 AF): The New Atiquiran, born from the ashes of the Jouvegné Dominion War, initially adopted an Oligarchic ruling system. However, internal conflict grew as citizens yearned for a greater say in their governance. This led to the Revolutionary Civil War, a conflict that ultimately transformed The New Atiquiran into the Republic of Feaudalland, a democratically governed nation.
The Guilds War (1452 AF - 1455 AF): This conflict wasn't a war between realms but rather a power struggle between the powerful guilds - The Cathedral of Templars, a renowned guild of warriors, and the Magister of Arcanum, a prestigious college of mages. The conflict likely occurred from disagreements over resources, influence, or philosophical differences. Perhaps the Templars felt the mages wielded too much arcane power, while the Magister might have viewed the Templars' martial prowess as a threat. Fortunately, cooler heads prevailed, and the war was resolved peacefully. Both guilds underwent reforms and established a more collaborative structure to prevent future conflict.
These are the histories that shaped the core, the landscape, and the philosophies of Ferania, but did it cease its expansion of wars, or did it persist? The future lies ahead, waiting for more to be told.
"By the frank nature; by its corrupted sight."
"By the whisper of tomorrow; by its yield toward the betterment."
"By the greed; by we thrive."
"By the compassion; by we humane."
Ferania, the realm of vivacity.
