It was no easy task, especially since he had to check on the families of those within the royal estate. Atlas assumed Tessa was a culprit, prompting the need for stricter security measures.
Arriving back at his quarters, Elijah immediately took a shower to clean himself up. Usually, he would go straight to sleep without eating, but tonight he needed to recharge his energy for dinner with Greta.
He smiled at his reflection in the full-size mirror and hummed, "All cleaned up and handsome again! Now, let's go and do this!" He even patted his cheeks to shake off the sleepiness since he was still sleep-deprived.
