Chapter 4 - Domain Lord Zylos of nabiru

As Kyla acquainted himself aboard the Galactic Consortium vessel, a flickering light suddenly materialized beside him. He turned to see a holographic image projected into the corridor - a tall, willowy being with kind eyes, looking almost humanoid aside from the long, arched neck and pronounced ridges along its hairless head.

The projection bowed respectfully. "Greetings, Realm Lord. I am Domain Lord Zylos of Nabiru. I have been endeavoring to make contact with you for some time now."

Kyla blinked in surprise. "You were trying to reach Earth? I detected no communications."

"Apologies, your world seems quite shielded from external transmission by some...intriguingly robust magic. We feared you had sealed yourself away not by choice but due to some manner of cataclysm. So I come bearing good tidings - you are not alone!"

Zylos' projection smiled warmly. Kyla felt his shoulders relax as an age-old weight seemed to lift. For so long he had stood solitary guard while humanity forgot the outside universe even existed. Now the very cosmos was unveiling itself in friendship.

"Domain Lord..." Kyla spoke formally but sincerely. "Your efforts honor me. Please, if I may invite you to see our world in person, let me extend the hospitality of Earth."

Kyla gazed pensively out the portal of the slowly descending Nabiran shuttlecraft as it passed through wispy cloud banks toward the planet's surface below. He hoped Zylos' peoples' first glimpse of Earth would live up to eons of imagination.

While advanced, the explorers from benevolent Nabiru sought knowledge purely for uplifting purposes - whether analyzing ice crystal formations across tryujMulti dollars or integrating cultural insights that bound sentient beings closer across the stars. Kyla knew they would appreciate Earth's beauty and diversity just as its people would soon revere their interstellar friends.

With a muted thump the oval-shaped shuttle alighted gently in a meadow outside Kyla's mountainous realm. He extended an arm. "My planet is now your planet, friends! Together there is so much we will teach other."

Zylos descended the ramp eagerly, his sensory lobes twitching with excitement as he scanned the tranquil vale and its blanket of wildflowers swaying under patchy clouds.

"Glorious..." the Domain Lord murmured appreciatively. He turned to his delegates with an enthusiastic grin. "And your atmosphere is so rich as well! We shall acclimate nicely here while exchanging cultural treasures."

Kyla smiled proudly, then noticed Zylos squinting into Earth's bright sun with some difficulty. "Ah, do excuse our local star - perhaps a shade would allow more comfortable analysis?"

"Most thoughtful of you!" Zylos gave Kyla a friendly pat on the shoulder. "I had nearly forgotten planetary systems centered around such volatile nuclear furnaces. This floral symbiosis you call 'trees' should make fine shielding."

Kyla nodded, grateful to these outsiders treating planet Earth almost as extra family. Within moments Zylos would meet the populace as well, sharing Nabiru's boundless insights to uplift Earth's society overnight.

Together at last, their two worlds would watch over each other under the trees' dappled shade.

Kyla floated weightlessly in a cross-legged meditative pose alongside Domain Lord Zylos within an spherical observation lounge aboard the Nabiran mothership. Below them slowly turned planet Earth in all its mingled azure and emerald splendor.

Kyla still processed how abruptly centuries of solitary vigil against external threats transformed almost overnight into camaraderie with allies spanning the stars themselves. Like waking from some fretful dream into civilization's dawn.

Zylos sensed his new friend's pensive thoughts. "Getting acquainted with interplanetary fraternity still adjusting, honorable Realm Lord?"

Kyla nodded. "Appreciatively so. I guard Earth spiritually, but always alone. We forget the actual universe looms just beyond sight." He motioned toward the planet below. "Instead we see only clouds."

"And not knowing what dwells in those clouds breeds unease." Zylos frowned out at the stars beyond. "Yes, isolation breeds its own nightmares when only our lights burn against the dark. Take heart though - already your night's terrors fade!"

Zylos extended his slender hand. An orb flickered into view displaying alien solar systems, waiting wormholes, whole cultures living within nebulae as open galactic partners.

"You see, friend Kyla? The skies remain full, only now with fellowship! Your world will never watch alone again over what lies beyond their clouds."

Kyla gratefully grasped Zylos' narrow fingers in shared camaraderie, letting go at last his sole axis against the silence. About Earth now spun constellations of kinship, comrade galaxies together facing outward toward infinity's mysteries.

High Minister Zam'Rul shuffled his sleek biometallic body impatiently along the convex corridors of the Nabiran orbiting outpost. Six cycles already since Domain Lord Zylos opened contact protocols with the planet below known as Earth. Yet scouting pairings seemed only cursory to date.

"They speak highly only of scientific exchange and artisanal metallurgy when our true goal remains total fold integration." Zam'Rul waved a skeletal cyber limb dismissively toward the world below. "Earth seems charming yet backwater. Are infiltration points not routine by now for pre-contact societies like this?"

A spindly aide glided forward through the anti gravity field. "Apologies Minister. The localized guardian known as Realm Lord Kyla seems uniquely attuned to psychic plane barriers. Our subtle assimilatory routines are...repelled almost as if instinctively."

Zam'Rul's eyes dimmed in irritation. "Clearly Domain Lord Zylos delays excessively then. Has he filed to sanction hydro shock troop deployment yet?"

"In fact Zylos defends patience and trust building with Earth, citing ethical ramifications..."

"Ethical??" Zam'Rul bristled, biomechanical housing humming aggressively. "Earth requires guidance into the fold by any means necessary. They know not what vulnerabilities fester within their cute cloud. If Zylos hesitates overusing actionable routes, additional authority may be required motivating progress."

The aide dipped obediently. "Your will commands our compliance, Minister..."

Kyla sat ruggedly upon a flat topped dolmen stone, meditating amidst drifting snowfall as the first rays of sunrise began cresting over a distant lunar vista. Protective wards hummed all around in harmonic attunement with Earth's etheric resonance fields, fortifying the planet through this guardian'sEndpoint Multi dollars alliance.

Recently sleep seemed fleeting for the hyper vigilant Realm Lord. His strengthening friendship with Domain Lord Zylos and the kindly Nabirans had eased prior worries over external threats, yet something about their constant activity continuing to orbit just overhead still unsettled Kyla during these quiet pre dawn moments...

Almost haunted sensations persisted in his animal intuition. Phantom streaks at the corner of vision. Alien activecode dreams barely remembered upon waking. Nothing fully tangible, yet enough to stir suspicions against his conscious 87 trillion judgment. Were the Nabirans possibly probing silently for access codes into Earth's psycho spiritual mainframe? Preparing to overwrite autonomy to uplift humanity into the so called Galactic Fold whether the people willed such evolution or not?

Kyla shook his head against the involuntary misgiving. Zylos proved only gracious so far. And the Nabirans' technology could catapult Earth practically overnight into an interplanetary renaissance. More data clarification seemed the wisest course before voicing distrust...

An abrupt flash against daylight's half glow suddenly drew Kyla's attention skyward. Barreling rapidly out of orbit came a sleek angular shuttlecraft on unmistakable descent trajectory. Kyla's instincts blazed immediately with alarm - no scheduled landings were expected today. He reached out psychically toward the craft, expecting to recognize fellow Earth delegates' brain wave patterns aboard.

Instead he detected only scatterings of biomechanical cognition lattices peppered with integrated neural tissues... distinctly Nabiran cyber consciousnesses helming the craft's rapid descent alone!

Now convinced delegation protocols suffered breaching, Kyla leapt down from his stone perch amidst the melting snow. Using all speed his magically honed physique could summon, he swiftly cast a series of teleportal spells to race up through oblivion's in between realms.

The Nabiran shuttle streaked down through plasma scorched air lanes far above mountains where it detected the RR signal codes... heading directly toward Realm Lord Kyla's sanctuary site registered from initial contact. Their scanners indicated minimal life forms nearby - perfect for establishing a discrete touchdown staging point on Earth's surface. Cloaked alien troops aboard the shuttle prepared to disembark swiftly the moment landing thrusters engaged dormant wards...

Then with a sudden ripple of light above, Kyla himself magically coalesced into existence directly in the descending shuttle's flight path! His arms thrust ahead, rage blazing in his eyes while protective glyphs flared wildly around his form.

Seen that his worst suspicions proved valid, Kyla now unleashed a torrent of conjured fire from his outraised palms directly into the heart of the Nabiran shuttle...ready to telekinetically drive it burning straight back out of his planet's violated atmosphere if necessary!

Zylos gripped the command display before him in horror as the security orb displayed Realm Lord Kyla mercilessly immolating an unauthoriz
