Veren opened his eyes slowly as the wind brushed past his ear sharply. His views changed rapidly while the Soggoth moved at max speed.
Looking at the sun rising from the corner of his eyes, Veren loosened his grip on the soggoth's fur. He was still tired mentally, his short nap didn't even last for two hours.
'Why did I suddenly wake up...?'
"Hmm?" A shadow passed by Veren's body, causing his face to grow serious.
He came across many kinds of monsters in the desert, huge armoured centipedes, two headed wolves and many more. Nevertheless, he could escape from these monsters with some difficulties. It was because they were all land based monsters.
What about flying type monsters?
They were the type of monsters that Veren was most wary of.
