Resuming their seats, Levi was glad that Sebastian had shifted his attention away from him.
Looking at the battle, Levi was happy to see Nate standing strong like the fight was over. The battle was actually over but mohawk boy was still alive, crawling on the ground.
The buzzer didn't go off nor did the main stage return to its default look. Nate stood still, watching his opponent crawl.
"Are you waiting for something?" Sebastian's voice boomed.
Nate didn't answer, he only clenched his fists and looked down. The crossroads of destiny had met and it was time for Nate to make a crucial move.
Levi knew deep down Nate would never kill an innocent person, would he? Levi looked at Paige, noticing she had the better half of her face tucked into her sweatshirt.
Nate's not a killer, Levi told himself. But if he has to do it to survive, then he should.
"He won't do it," Levi heard Box say. "He's smarter than that."
