"But if you insist on helping, perhaps you could help me load these boxes in our wagon they day is almost done?" Daegon's eyes gleamed with amusement as he leaned against the nearby fence, watching her closely. "Of course, my lady. Anything for you." He said, his voice low and seductive.
Ana couldn't help but feel uncomfortable around him, but she had to play along. With a deep breath, Ana nodded and began to gather the boxes together. Daegon sauntered over to her, his steps slow and deliberate. He reached out a hand to help her lift the first box, and Ana couldn't help but shudder at his touch.
