"Come on Natalia..." Wesleynard said, his voice tinged with worry as he looked around the castle dark corners warily, he knew he was vulnerable, and an enemy would take the chance to strike if they spotted him.
He had been attempting to help Natalia regain consciousness but, he was losing time, "You have to wake up." Natalia remained unconscious, her breathing shallow. Wesleynard couldn't shake the feeling of dread that washed over him.
"I'm afraid that won't be any help." Wesleynard looked over his shoulder to see who spoke.
It was Ralthone, his face devoid of emotion. Wesleynard felt a chill run down his spine. Ralthone was the last person he wanted to see right now. He recounted all the memories of anger and betrayal he felt, the feelings rose up in his throat the feelings fresh as if he were reliving the news again. Wesleynard launched himself without a second thought, he had to push those feelings down the man before him was no longer an ally.
