"Love is finite Ana you must cherish it, I know your father hasn't been the greatest but, I can't bring myself to hate him. One day you will understand." Ana's mother said gently as she stroked her dark hair. "It will consume you and you must let it."
Ana jolted awake her mothers words ringing in her ear, despite being awake she was still shrouded in darkness, She tried to feel for a hard surface to support herself but only felt emptiness.
"H-hello?" She called out.
"Who's there?" Ralthone asked, his voice sounding cautious, "It's just me," Ana replied, her voice trembling slightly, "Where am I?"
"You're in a safe place now," Natalia said, her voice soothing. "You passed out from exhaustion earlier."
Ana's brows furrowed as she looked at the two people standing in front of her, shaking her head she nearly jumped out from the bed her mind was only focused on one thing, "Where's Wesleynard? Did we make it out okay?"
