The days that followed were relatively peaceful and routine with Naia waking up when she wanted, going down to eat when she was hungry, and going around the gardens in her free time.
She would also chat a bit with Harold, the only person allowed to speak more than one sentence with her at a time.
To be frank, it was a little lonely, especially since she knew Harold was super busy and she really didn't want to talk too long with him either.
She also wanted to ask when she could go outside. She wanted to see for herself how the mission was going.
There should be a clean-up drive now, right? Why couldn't she join in?
She asked Harold these questions, but he answered vaguely. He told her he was going to ask Thaddeus, but he never got back to her. Similarly, when she directly asked Thaddeus, he would tell her he wanted to be with her, and asked her to wait for his return.
