Quan Tianyou's car had just turned toward Daxin Corp when he saw Su Liuying standing by the roadside, her head bowed in a manner that suggested she was weighed down with heavy thoughts.
With pursed lips, he drove up to her, but surprisingly, she still didn't notice him.
"Beep–beep!"
With no other option, Quan Tianyou pressed the horn, and only the shrill sound of the car horn brought Su Liuying back to her senses.
She leaned slightly over, peering through the lowered car window to see it was Quan Tianyou, and a smile was squeezed onto her face.
"Tianyou, you've arrived!"
Quan Tianyou got out of the car, walked around to the passenger's side, and, putting his arm around Su Liuying's waist, asked, "Liuying, what are you thinking about? Why are you standing in the middle of the road, daydreaming?"
"Uh... nothing, I was just a bit bored waiting!"
Su Liuying didn't plan to tell Quan Tianyou that someone had sent her roses twice, to avoid giving him any unnecessary concerns.
