Su Liuying had finished organizing the materials at hand and was about to head to the General Manager's office. In less than a month's time, Lin Runjie would be leaving Daxin Corp, and the new General Manager was said to arrive in a few days for his induction. In fact, if it wasn't for the necessity of reporting progress to the General Manager's office every month, she wouldn't have wanted to see Lin Runjie at all.
Upon reaching the door of the General Manager's office, she instinctively glanced towards the secretary's spot, knowing Ye Zi would no longer be there; a new secretary now occupied her place.
Afterwards, she visited Ye Zi once more, and Ye Zi only thanked her and expressed her apology, refusing to say anything more. Su Liuying felt helpless, too — even if she wanted to help Ye Zi, she couldn't do much if Ye Zi wouldn't speak up.
The new secretary saw her and quickly got up to come over, offering to carry the materials for her.
"Miss Su, let me carry that for you!"
