Back at the villa, Sister Wu saw they had returned and got up to reheat the already prepared dinner, placing it on the dining table.
"Sir, Miss, come and eat. I've reheated the meal again for you!"
"Sister Wu, next time if we aren't back on time, you can go ahead and head back first."
Su Liuying felt bad for keeping Sister Wu so late, knowing that after preparing dinner every day, she had to hurry back to help take care of her newly born granddaughter.
"It's fine. Seeing as it was getting so late and you hadn't called to say you wouldn't be coming back for dinner, I thought I'd wait for you to return so I could warm up the meals before I leave."
"Thank you, Sister Wu!"
"Miss, you don't need to be so formal with me!"
Sister Wu smiled, took off her apron and tidied it away. "Enjoy your meal, then. I'll be off now!"
