Su Liuying watched as Quan Tianyou took off his suit jacket, laid it over his knees, and rolled up his sleeves high. He didn't look much different from the other customers in the small food stall, but he exuded a noble air that others lacked.
"Thank you for being willing to accompany me here to eat!"
She stuck out her tongue and pulled a face at him, saying, "Actually, I was planning to tease you. I thought you'd leave in a huff when you came to a little place like this. I didn't expect you to sit down with me!"
Quan Tianyou reached out to pinch her cheek, smiling, "Silly girl, did you think I wouldn't know your little trick?"
"Liuying, do you know? Before I took over Quan Corporation, I faced quite a few hardships, and I've dined at places even worse than this little stall."
That took Su Liuying by surprise; she thought someone as privileged as him would always live above the clouds.
"Why?"
