Old Master Zhang had no desire whatsoever to know what sort of words his own son had contrived.
In his eyes, most of the words uttered by his son were lies, one begat another, and once the first lie was told, there followed a succession of even greater falsehoods, leaving him utterly unable to comprehend.
Old Master Zhang believed that lies were not sustainable, and that only by repeatedly telling the truth at the right time to expose it to everyone could an understandable answer eventually be obtained. Yet, why did he choose time and again to treat everything as a lie, deceiving others and, in turn, injuring himself?
