Nothing happened. Not when Alakan touched the two witches, nor when he held their eyes.
What happened though was that he was hit by a huge wall of…mess. Like a fragmented mind divided into thousands of pieces, the two witches had not a thought to glean from. Neither did they seem to have any will of their own.
Their minds were typical to that of a mad person. With no voluntary thoughts of their own, or any will of theirs, trying to read their minds was like attempting to wander in a sea of uncharted waters.
