Touching a portal was not possible for normal people as it was a passage, but for Alex who already had some mastery over space elements, it was not that hard.
In fact, if he tried, he could create a portal as well, although it wouldn't be a long-range portal or an inter-dimensional one, it would be a portal nonetheless.

Noctura was not with them in this adventure as she was in the villa, keeping an eye on Luna and her subordinates.
Talking about them, Luna and her subordinates were actually working as maids in the villa, cleaning and washing stuff.
