"Yah don't know what leeches are? They are those black slimy creatures that look a lot like worms but are nothing like normal worms, those cursed things! " Botch explained with his face cringed in disgust. "They lash unto yah and refuse to leave! Those little demons of—"
"I know Leeches, Botch, but what do they have to do with me being alive?" Barak asked.
"Ah, that old drunk doesn't look like it, but he knows some good and useful magic tricks. That's how we are able to stay in this eerie forest."
Barak nodded his head as Botch spoke. Indeed when they had told him the forest they were in, he had been shocked. It was the forest of Itirilar, the forest of the damned.
