Did the woman just call her stupid in a very dignified manner?! She was speechless. The audacity of the woman! Did Barak know how insolent she would be? Did he hire her to shame and humiliate her? For some weird reason, she did not think he'd have actually hired her if he knew she would behave this way toward her.
Could it be that she was one of the many people who had heard about their ordeal in Avelah and was being rude to her because of it? Or did she just hate her for being an elf? Or was she maybe in love with Barak? What could be the problem of this one?
Neriah could care less what the problem of this new entity was, but she was Princess Neriah of Avelah, she would not be looked down on by mere nobodys!
