"You haven't eaten yet." It wasn't a question but a statement, and it carried some reproach.
Ye Anran lowered her voice and responded quietly, "I don't have much of an appetite today. I'm not very hungry, so I thought I'd eat after I finish talking here and then head home."
"You have to eat something. By the time you finish up and get home, it will be around eight or nine, which isn't good for your health," Bo Jinyu advised.
"Don't worry; they have appetizers here. I've already eaten a couple."
"Next time, don't take your health lightly." Bo Jinyu cautioned.
"I understand."
"I'll pick you up at eight-thirty." Bo Jinyu stated lightly before hanging up.
Standing by the window, he looked at the evening sunset, a trace of concern evident in his eyes.
Ever since they had met, she rarely had a poor appetite. Plus, the bodyguard had mentioned she hadn't eaten much for lunch either.
